They encouraged me to come in early for my appointment. I arrived at 2:30p, they didn't get my car in until 3p, and it was almost 3:30p when my car was finished. Coming in early was a complete waste of time. The best part is that I took my car to the Woodhaven location for a wheel alignment. That store informed me that the Taylor location had mounted one of my tires backwards. This error could have caused a potentially dangerous situation in rain/snow and would definitely had caused the tire to wear prematurely. When I called the Taylor store about this, they apologized, said that "accidents happen", and that a new employee had mounted the tire. No offer to pay for my alignment, no offer for free wiper blades, nothing. I didn't call looking for anything, but good customer service should have dictated that they do something to make up for their mistake. I paid over $1k for new tires, they messed up mounting one, and I just got a "sorry". I won't be back. Update: The store manager contacted me to further discuss the issues I'd encountered. He refunded me the labor costs and discussed measures being taken with his team to prevent this from happening again.

This place is a straight-up SCAM dressed up as a legit tire and rim shop. Read the lowest reviews…read moreafter this one, because I'm not the only one who got scammed. Theyll quote you one low price over the phone to lure you in, then hit you with a completely different (much higher) price once you're standing there with your car.. If they never told you a price, run, because you're about to get slammed with some total b.s. inflated made up number. The "deals" on rims? Pure knockoff garbage - cheap, low-quality copies that look flashy but are overpriced junk that won't last. Then they bundle them with the absolute cheapest, no-name tires you've never heard of and slap on a price tag that's basically what you'd pay for real Michelins or Continentals. It's highway robbery. They'll never put decent tires on if you're buying rims, just the bottom-of-the-barrel stuff they can mark up almost double. You're paying premium for trash that don't even run smooth. Oh yea, they'll give you a rim size you don't even want and promise it fits when it doesn't. I bought rims from here and they convinced me to get a bigger rim and it just scraped the plastic when I would barely turn and the guy promised it'd fit. To top it all off, their receipt says they offer refunds, but good luck getting one. They flat-out refuse, ignore you, or make excuses until you give up. Save your money, your time, and your sanity - go somewhere else. This place is just out to scam people, and they're real good at it. 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. The worst experience I've had with any shop

Whether you are replacing a tire, changing out your whole set, buying tires for a private vehicle or outfitting a fleet - Lobo Tires is a leading, concerned, reputable company. There are many reasons to ensure that your tires are in good shape - Safety First! Here are a few items to consider when in the market for new tires or repairs - Well-maintained tires ensure optimal grip, traction, and handling, reducing the risk of accidents and maintaining overall safety on the road. Good tire condition allows for better control and maneuverability of the vehicle, especially during emergency situations or adverse weather conditions. Properly inflated and aligned tires minimize rolling resistance, leading to improved fuel efficiency and reduced fuel consumption, saving you money and reducing environmental impact. Regular maintenance and repair help extend the lifespan of your tires, allowing you to get the maximum value from your investment. Worn-out or damaged tires can negatively impact your vehicle's acceleration, braking, and cornering capabilities. Well-maintained tires contribute to overall vehicle performance. Many countries and regions have laws and regulations that mandate minimum tire tread depth and condition. Keeping your tires in good repair ensures compliance with these requirements and avoids potential legal issues. Properly inflated and balanced tires provide a smoother and more comfortable ride, reducing vibrations and road noise. Regularly inspecting and maintaining your tires allows you to identify and address potential issues before they escalate into major problems, helping you avoid unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs. By maintaining your tires, you reduce the need for premature replacements, minimizing waste and the environmental impact associated with tire disposal. Some insurance policies require vehicles to be in a safe and roadworthy condition. Neglecting tire maintenance may result in coverage issues or claims denial in case of an accident.

Instead of patching it, they told me both front tires needed replacing. I trusted them and paid for two new tires. That was my first mistake. The very next day, one of the new tires was leaking and went flat. Not my old tire, a tire they had just sold and installed. Either they sold me defective tires or they installed them wrong. Either way, it was their failure. I brought the car back. They kept it for an hour, told me it was fixed, and handed me the keys like the problem was solved. It wasn't. The next morning the same tire was flat again. That means I was late to work three days in a row: once because of their "new" tire, again because of their "fix," and again because the fix didn't work. I lost time, I lost money, and I've had to explain to my employer why I keep showing up late, all because this shop can't do the one job it exists to do. So I went back a third time. This time they said there was nothing they could do and I'd have to replace the tire again. Pay again, for a tire they sold me days earlier that failed under their own repair. no responsibility, no apology. Just another bill. Add it up: multiple visits, three days late to work, and three paid tires, all for one flat. I walked in expecting a $30 patch and walked out roughly $1,000 poorer, with my job and my patience on the line the whole way. If you value your money, your time, or getting to work on time, go anywhere else. Seriously, anywhere. I would give zero stars if possible
