Let me ASSURE YOU, they live up to their 5 star rating. The owner is very polite and enjoyably social while I waited for a ride to pick me up. In fact, he even offered to have the mechanic drive me back to my home. A couple hours later, he called with the results and estimate. Not only did he confirm what I needed, but he even went as far as to explaining what caused the damage (grounded wiring). As I said before, I already did my homework. I knew how much labor should cost, and I knew how much the part should cost. THEIR FINAL BILL was about $150 less than professional estimates. They also at no charge took care of the wiring problem, recharged the battery, and had the car finished within a couple of hours. FYI, The name "L & M Automotive" may be hard to see when driving by, but just look for the big Sunoco sign & gas station, and you'll have your car in good, affordable, dependable and friendly hands. He puts up a great front of being friendly, but this just goes to show how small his ego is. I'm not one to leave reviews but I want everyone to be aware what's under the mask he wears. He's friendly as long as you leave a 5 star review... Here's a copy of my google review: Tried upselling me a front brake job for nearly $400. Told me all my front brakes needed replacing. Just took apart my brakes, pads were completely fine, drivers side rotor and caliper were fine. Only thing that was wrong was my passenger side caliper needed the pins cleaned and lubed, they were sticking just a little causing more heat on the rotor. Took me less than an hour to fix and just a $12 bottle of lube from autozone. Didn't need all new parts to replace everything like they tried to tell me. In my own experience I went for one small thing and they tried upselling for multiple things. They also tried to sell me new rear struts for $700, they told me they were leaking. Checked them myself and had another mechanic take a look and they were completely fine.

**UPDATE*** After…read morethe initial sale... things just kept getting worse. They sold me a used bike with only one key and never told me there wasn't a spare. After I asked about it, they told me they could order another for me... but I'd have to pay for it (lame). I said okay, but they never got the KTM registration card from the previous owner, so they couldn't order another one. Ok, great! I asked if they could help out because when I call KTM, they said I would have to go through the dealer. After numerous attempts of asking my sales rep for help--nothing. After 5 or 6 attempts, I got tired of asking. So, I'm stuck with one key. Hope I never lose it! Another thing that sucks... Trojan claims that their used bikes go under inspection. However, when I got the bike there was an issue with the brake squeaking loudly when stopping. Turns out a pad needed to be fixed. The horn was also not working. So, they sold a used bike to me without even know the horn was shot? Which leads me to believe nothing was inspected and there could have been many things wrong or broken. They were cool enough to come pick up the bike and fix it for me after the sale. Wish it would have been taken care of before! Unfortunately upon delivery of the bike, I had new scratches on the tail that were NOT there prior. Assuming it's from the strap used to secure the bike in their truck during transportation to and from the dealership. The scratches are on both sides of the tail, exactly where a strap would sit. Never said anything to me. If they would have offered to fix it, I wouldn't be updating this review to a one star. But here we are. I also had asked them to email me a copy of my previous bikes odometer statement. I traded in my used bike... and instead of paying off the loan balance for me, they made me contribute $500... just to get more of my money. Since $5,400k for the used KTM wasn't enough. LOL! I said screw it because I was already at the dealership coming from an hour away. And I planned on getting a refund on my old warranty that could help cover that loss. After a few emails back and forth, I never got the copy of the statement. Frustrating sequence of events. Wouldn't do business with these guys again. If you want to buy a motorcycle, here's my advice: buy from a private seller. You'll get a better deal and more honesty.
