I blew my top because the laptop was not at all dropped. The part they replaced failed and he did not want to stand behind the work. And then he told me that the part they replaced was $6.00 when I was charged $125.00!! What a rip off!!!!!! I will NEVER darken the door of PC Pick Up again, and I would advise you not to either. They are a bunch of crooks!

I took it in at noon on Wednesday and could have picked it up at 9 PM that night if I had been in a hurry.

Eventually I came to terms with the fact that there was no way I was going to be able to find it on my own. I took it Computerman Toledo because he had the best prices and sounded like he knew about this virus. Within 24 hours I had my laptop back and virus-free. He was kind and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with the virus and he even called me before he made any changes to my laptop and explained it for me. I was contacted by this company, appointment scheduled, and within the week Tyler came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. Parts needed to be ordered and a tentative two week date for install. It was less than a week when I received the call the parts arrived and another appointment made. Centralized was able to give me a time window conducive to my schedule and I should add, that prior to both appointments, Tyler called and assured me of his arrival. A hour later the issue of the dryer was fixed. The primary installers of the dryer either were lacking the skill or proper tools for the electric connection and Tyler should me the charred wires. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. A big resounding YES in recommending this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this moving company. After receiving repeated…read morecalls and pressure to book my move, I finally signed the contract and scheduled a moving date. At no point was it made clear that my reservation would be canceled without further notice if the deposit was not immediately paid. Although I signed the contract and believed my move was scheduled, the company canceled my reservation and gave away my moving date because I forgot to submit the $100 deposit. Instead of making a phone call or attempting to contact me directly, they simply sent a text message informing me that my move had been canceled. Considering how aggressively they pursued my business before I signed, I expected at least the same level of communication before canceling my reservation. A quick phone call could have easily resolved the issue. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another moving date and dealing with unnecessary stress.
