He was able to get me a quote for parts and labor, and let me know when he would have it done and that made me so happy.. I don't like to wait for orders online but he let me know he had some extra parts around that he was willing to throw into the deal.. and ultimately because I was so happy with his response time I was willing to pay him a little more. Since then I've been back to Joey and upgraded my machine with him and he even HELPED ME sell my old parts and replace them with the upgrades.
