Well, my computer had picked up a virus and I needed to get it cleaned up. So I found this company through Google. The offise was as expected, a small one room business. Cool. The first gentlemen that I dealt with (Willie) was nice enough but either has a hearing problem or simply does not listen to you when you talk. He will say yes to everything and moments later have no idea what you are talking about. I had to remind him several times of thimgs that had been discussed moments before. It came to the point that even the other employee in the room was rolling her eyes at him. That said, he was nice enough, accomadating and I had confidence that the job would be done. I left a deposit and went on my way. A few days later I casme by and the computer work was finished and readuy to go. Willie was not there. The person that I did deal with was on the phone with a client being very rude (condesending). When he hung up, he started laughing at the person on the phone and making comments on their lack of computer knowledge (This is a business that exists to assist people that lack computer knowledge). He started to talk about the person to me and I simply told him that I probably know even less. I asked for the computer and he asked for a receipt. i did not bring one (as I was not told to). He said no problem and asked for ID which I provided. He took the remainder of the balance owed and then did not want to hand over the computer, nor a receipt! WTF!?! He then claimed that he did not know who I was, that he can only deal with me if I had a receipt and would not believe me (literally) when I said that I no longer had it. He went on this ridiculous rant for over ten minutes about how he could not give me a copy of the receipt as I could be anyone (but he could take my money?). Finaly I simply said that I would come back tomorrow and dealwith Willie and he relented and copied the receipt, but all the while whining about the situation. I am happy with the actual work done, but the lack of even basic interpersonal skills will keep me from ever returning. If you absolutely have a dire emergency they are conveinently located and the job was done, but bring some headache medication with you. You'll need it! read more

If it was possible to give less than one star, I would have. The employees were extremely rude and unresponsive. They promised to give me a price quote before commencing service, but they never did. When I call to follow-up, they would hang up on me. They told me it would take "a couple days" to fix my computer, but after one week, the owner, Willie, stated it still wasn't ready because they needed to order the screen. I told him I didn't need a new screen, but he didn't listen. He told me to stop calling. I said I was going to take my computer elsewhere, and Willie hung up on me. When I went to pick it up, the employee stated the computer was not there. He said it was being fixed, and he would call me when it was ready. I said that I had told the owner not to service it, but he ignored me. The employee called, and said my computer was ready for pick-up. I told them that not only had a I not received the quote, as promised, but they repaired it after I told them not to. Willie said that I wouldn't get my computer if I did not pay them $125. I finally agreed to pay, and when I signed the credit card receipt, Steve, the employee, said that my signature was inadequate, and demanded that I print my last name. I told him that that was my standard signature, and when I tried to leave, he lunged toward and tried to grap the computer. I held onto, and told him that he was scaring me and needed to back away. He said that the credit card company wouldn't accept my signature, and that he wouldn't let me leave until I signed it. I tried to explain that legally each character in person's signature does not have to identifiable, and, in fact, a person could put an "X" on the signature line, and it would be sufficient, but he refused to listen. I just wanted to get out of there so I resigned. He then stated "are you stupid or something? You think you can do that and it's ok?" I left without responding. After that whole debacle, they broke my computer, and now the battery latch is jammed. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the only computer repair place left on Earth. read more

First of all, All About Technology is all about ripping people off you are criminal and a rip off artist and you should've gave my money back when I wanted it back because of your poor salesmanship I mean we go back-and-forth with this all day but the customer is always right Chicken grease on my laptop. You sound like you're racist or a bigot who will say something like that knowing that I'm a strong black man. It would not tolerate this insubordination with a low self-esteem business man. You thought I was gonna trade in my $2000 laptop for $200 laptop use at your shop. That's not good business. Trust me I'm gonna let everybody know not to come to this business people like you give business a bad name and as for repairs, you complain how long it took you to repair it you say you didn't have a time to take too long to fix it. Why are you in business especially when I'm willing to pay, but apparently you just want that fast money the diagnosis fee and then you tell them you can't fix it but at least you got your diagnosis fee. I get it. You get about five of them a day that's some money for you but all you gonna get is a unsatisfied customer like me. read more
