I highly recommend CB's Computer and Electronic Repair!! Curtis Sr. and Curtis Jr. are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and very efficient. There was no question they couldn't answer or any problem they could not solve. In 2013, my Marine son Donald, was killed and I have his computer that I could not get into. A psychic told me, "he was writing a song for you." My son built a VERY HEAVY tower himself for on-line gaming with his brother Robert, and it is an Intel Core I7 with 3.7 ghHZ, 8 core processor, with a 80GB solid state drive, a 500 GB hard drive, and 6 gigs of RAM. Recently I decided to see if a professional could get into his computer for me. My son Robert put the heavy tower in my trunk and I went to CB's but they were closed. It was very cold and I knew I couldn't lift the tower out of my trunk myself and could not leave it in my trunk (Robert would not be home until much later) so I knocked on the door and even though they were closed. They opened the door and immediately started helping me. After a few minutes, Curtis Jr. knew just what the problem was and by the next day, Donald's computer was ready for me to pick up and get into. I brought it home and sure enough, I found the song the psychic told me he was writing for me! Man, did I cry! And there were pictures of Donald that I had never see before too! I also took my old lap top in and after taking it apart, Curtis Jr. told he it could not be fixed but there was no charge for his labor in taking it apart! It was very convenient and affordable for me to buy a used keyboard and monitor there too. I am not tech savvy and had a million questions, and they patiently explained everything to me. I give CB's Computer and Electronic Repair 5 stars out of 5! read more
