I called the owner Joey one day because I needed a computer built. He was able to get me a quote for parts and labor, and let me know when he would have it done and that made me so happy.. I don't like to wait for orders online but he let me know he had some extra parts around that he was willing to throw into the deal.. and ultimately because I was so happy with his response time I was willing to pay him a little more. Since then I've been back to Joey and upgraded my machine with him and he even HELPED ME sell my old parts and replace them with the upgrades. He was fast, efficient and fearless about updating and bringing the desktop up to speed and getting the printer to relate to it. All this and just a great guy as well.
