Me and my husband went to fix my phone. Jr came over and was real nice and said he could get me a new phone and it would be at no cost to us. well that was wrong. so went through the whole ordeal of getting a new phone. We both had androids and I wanted a i phone well that's more. We ordered and found out we were paying for another person on our line. he would take care of it after we got our phones. well we got the phones but we went back to at&t and they said we cant go to another carrier cause we need this straightened up first. They owed us 12 months back pay. so we took the phones unopened back to jr and said we can't get the phones cause we need to get our money back from corporate. He started yelling I will get you your money right now I am corporate. He is not, then the other girl in there starting yelling f this and that. It was awful. i also wanted our money back for the cases and chargers he sold us. we can't use them. we were there over a hour and a half and he said he would get everything straightened out. He lied. He said on your receipt it says no refund only store exchange. I said we want our money . He said what u going to do call the police . I said maybe better business bureau. I was crying and told my husband I'm going to the car. It was so hot in there in 90 degrees outside and no air in there but a fan. then we had to go to verizon store down the street and he was corporate and they took the phones back and we explained the situation and they were very nice. So we had to go back to at&t to put our phones back to them cause he had them transferred before we even had the phones. so now we keep getting a bill from verizon and we never had them. So called corporate and they said we don't owe it. ok thanks and then we get another bill now we have to call again. Verizon was very nice and considerate . But that jr guy and his girl they were awful. they scammed us. Now our phones are so messed up and this has been almost a month now. I would never go there for anything every again. SO be careful. It has cost us so much money and there's nothing they can do about it. I tell you only go to a corporate place for your new phones. After this mess is over with we are going to a corporate place. Avoid this place at all cost, you see who they are, so of course they are trying to scam. took my phone there less than a month ago to get my screen replaced with "original screen" and was charged 200 dollars for it and they added in a case. Day ago my phone fell from my bed to the carpeted floor cause a small chip on the side of the screen somehow. the next day my screen was completely black. I took my phone back to the repair store because I had a warranty, but was met with so rude manager VALENTINA trying to talk over me then say she would fix it for 110 dollars. 110 dollars to put another super cheap thin sheet of glass on my phone. First, the man and lady was extremely nice and I had absolutely no problems with their costumer service. But the man in the store lured me into buying 2 chargers for 14$ which isn't a bad price, but it was literally like handing a random man 89$ dollars for nothing in return.. 75$ for the repair of my iPad and 14$ for the chargers. Anyways, the wait time was about 3hours and i had my hopes up for these people because my charging port was lose. I came back there just to see the lady walking around helping other people with my screen and wires to my ipad hanging around!? In the end, this store did not help at all and my port still lose.. a waste of money! DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. Took my water damaged to them. $200 to fix...they even gave me a $15 outer box. Turns out the battery died within 3 days. They gave me another...it died within 1 day. They tried bringing a guy in to finance me on a "deal" for the iPhone 12 when it's cheaper for me to go to T-Mobile like I was stupid. They said water phones can't be fixed...so I asked why they took my money...and each person pointed the finger at someone else. The lady who "fixes" them is so rude to everyone in there it's sick ..and I mean she's MEAN to everyone besides me but I still noticed it. She had a PS5 for sale and there's no way it works. They definitely buy beat up inventory and sell for "cheap" and don't care to actually fix anything. So...I just wanted to update my review from yesterday. Last night I received a call and today I received two calls and a text from JR (the manager of this store) from several different telephone numbers, obviously trying to block/disguise himself. JR is now threatening to take me to court if I do not remove my previous review from this website. It appears that he now wants to give me a free cell phone or other goods to convince me that I should remove this review. Needless to say, I do not trust an offer such as this after reading another bad review from a customer stating that he/she was also offered a free phone due to very poor service, and when that customer left with the offered free phone, JR called the police and stated that she/he stole the phone. However, during the conversation he did not offer to repair the screen on the phone that I originally paid $250 for that service. All I wanted was the service that I paid for...nothing else! He then asked me what I needed from him to remove the review, I replied that I would like a refund for the horrible service and treatment I inured at this store. JR stated that if I brought the phone back he would put my old cracked screen on the phone and issue a refund. Number one, I DO NOT feel safe re-entering this establishment, number two I DO NOT feel comfortable allowing anyone at this store to come near my expensive cellular device. Number three, during our phone conversation he stated that he did not call me right away yesterday due to his mother being in the hospital with Covid-19. Now...Not one of the employees at this establishment is wearing a mask, including JR while attempting to shake your hand, even though it is stated on the door that masks must be worn upon entering. Wearing a mask in this state is mandated by the local government and large fines implemented for not adhering to this executive order. Needless to say I now have to be tested for the virus. So... JR, I will NOT remove my review because others need to know about the poor quality of service and harsh treatment that your establishment offers. read more

Great friendly service, dropped. XR iphone off for repair and it was fixed within a hour

If you want a iPhone screen repaired DO NOT go to this place. I gave them my iPhone 7 to put a new screen on and JR. told me it would be a CERTIFIED IPHONE SCREEN. ITS NOT. I've had nothing but problems with my phone since they put the screen on. Laggy, press on the space bar and it backspaces, hold the phone up to your ear on a call the screen doesn't shut off.. I called them up with the issue because I live 40 minutes away. Whoever I was on the phone with proceeded to tell me, "Bring it in, I'll give you a good deal." The price of the new screen is $99 I was charged $108.35. However that makes sense, (6% sales tax in Michigan) Well honestly I don't want them touching my phone ever again, taking my business elsewhere. Do not be fooled by these guys, I knew I was getting scammed from the moment i stepped in there I should've went with my gut n walked out, but I was just wanting to have a nice phone again. read more
