Great place to get a phone, didn't get the name of the gentleman that sold me and mother our phones but Cameron and his dad. Great employees, super funny, flexible and didn't b.s into getting anything extra or rip us off, instead actually tried to save us money and give a better route. Best T Mobile store in Detroit!! My wife and I recently purchased new phones at another T Mobile store and were "fast talked" into a plan that added 2 new lines to our account, $40.00 to our bill per month and "autopay". Long story short, the auto pay got so screwed up that someone else actually paid our bill until I caught the mistake. After informing T Mobile some things were resolved but not to our satisfaction. Went to this store and met with Lorenzo (Store Mgr) and paid off the phones got back on the right plan and ended up paying $10.00 per month less than before we got the new phones!!! The whole staff was very courteous, helpful and genuine. Any future business I need to conduct in person with T Mobile will be done at this store and this store only. They staff is honest and sincere in wanting to help and make sure you leave happy and satisfied. If you are a T Mobile customer this is the store where you will get the best service and deal along with honest answers. read more

Purchased a phone 2 days ago and released there was a minor scratch like dent on bottom of phone that wasnt caused by myself. Went back the day after purchasing but they closed early for new yrs eve understandably however when I went back today new yrs day to let them know and I was advised it was nothing they were wiling to do and to go through my insurance because that's what i have insurance for. And the supervisor said he would send a picture of the phone in a group chat to his coworkers to see what they thought and apparently he got a text back saying they agreed, I have no idea but he said if they'd said give me another phone he would have done it. So I have a damaged "brand new phone". Luckily after calling customer service and explaining the situation they are shipping me another phone. I'll never come back to this store or recommend them to anyone ever. read more

Great location for the area; however, parking is a bit cramped here. The store is nice -- it has the newly remodeled look that T-Mobile implemented a couple years ago. Seating is limited and the open floor plan can be confusing. For example, I came in on a Tuesday to pickup the T-Mobile Tuesday deal of the week but there was no visible order to the store for incoming customers. Eventually, a bunch of us sort of formed a line by ourselves as there was no signage or log to use. Whenever they would call for the next person, it was pretty much up to us to use the honor system to sort ourselves based on perceived arrival. read more
