I went here on July 4th 2025 to fix my hdmi port on my Ps5 and left with it unfixed! And water damage, on top of that the welding was terrible and there were screws missing and the screws were stripped! I'll never go here again, if you want your devices to live do not bring them here! read more

I had an iPhone 6S Plus with a cracked screen. I called up Dearborn Wireless to get cost and timing for the repair. I was quoted $50 and 2 hours. They got it done in 1 hour. Heads up, the store doesn't say Dearborn Wireless on the outside. It only has a T-Mobile sign on it. read more

I highly recommend that people do not come to this store if needing your phone repaired. They will get you for every dollar. I could have purchased a new phone with what they charged me. These guys are crooks. I paid $140 to have my iPhone screen and LCD replaced. About a month later, my phone started having the same issues so I took it back in. They said there is nothing they can since its been over 30 days since the repair. It was 35 days after. They do not even accept credit or debit cards as a payment method. I use my debit card to buy a 4-peice Chicken McNugget from McDonald's. They only accept cash, so they made me go down the street to the ATM. Cash only for business raises high suspicion, I should have known this place conducts crooked business, possibly even illegal. They will scam you into repairing things that do not need repair. To confirm my thoughts, I took another phone there and got an estimate for repairs. They quoted me $90 for the repairs. I then took the phone to a different phone repair, and they said all it needs is a power button replacement, which cost me $20 and 15 minutes to fix. Bad business. read more

I got my Ipad screen fixed on 1/8/2020 it's 1/12/2020 today and I was putting a case on my Ipad and it cracked. I payed $60. NOT EVEN FOR A REAL IPAD SCREEN. SHE SAID "I MEAN IT IS AFTER MARKET SCREEN" what an Idiot. This place is a scam. They use fake products. Over charge and it's not even the original product. DO NOT GO HERE! I've cracked my iPhone screen, twice. Not my best moments, but anyhow. These guys fix screens no matter how broken for $50. This is a pretty good deal. I once attempted to repair the screen myself and the iPhone repair kits cost anywhere from $30-40. I don't mind spending the few extra bucks to have an expert do it. read more

I never had such a terrible experience with a phone shop they told me 55 to get my phone fixed then when I get there they told he 100 said it would be ready in 24 hours I brought my phone in on the 28th qt 2:30 of august they said it would be ready in 24 hours I gave them my phone on the 29 at 6 o'clock only because I argued with them first I would not be able to get it till the 30th I will never go there again ever read more
