Took my phone for a repair after a site down the road did damage after a screen repair. They…read morepromised a two day turn around but on the day of pickup they kept changing the time for pickup with the last time given as 15 minutes before close. Then for the last 15 minutes they were open they did not answer their phone or call me to tell me the phone was there. I can only hope that it is ready tomorrow and that they will not continue this runaround. Very unprofessional.

I have seen Moms, Dads, (especially when kids drop or damage their phones and tablets), Grandparents/Seniors, Law Enforcement people go to George. I find him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and completely honest which to me is rare these days. People have brought their phones to the "Mall" and have been very dissatisfied and then having to bring their phones to George to fix and maybe even the damage caused from the "Mall" repair people. This happened to me many years ago and I would never go back to the "Mall" for any kind of service. If I decide to purchase a phone on Kijijji or another place I have the person meet me at George's business and ask that he review the health of the phone and whether it is unlocked. This is very important as some people selling phones are not completely honest. Sometime they owe on their bill and sometimes they actually don't own the phone. Also, I was looking for a new cellphone plan and spent too many hours analyzing carriers and plans. I went to George and he helped me find a plan and at an excellent price for my wife and I. He even called and performed the switch from my old carrier to a new carrier right then and there. Just be sure to have your login credentials for the carrier you're switching from. I have recommended many friends to see George. All have been very happy. I have even sent people there from Kingsville. Also, I find his prices to be very good and as well he is an excellent communicator as he explains things thoroughly. As you can read, I totally trust and will keep doing business with George. Parking FYI: You can easily park free across the street at the Tax preparation place as George has an agreement with them.

I'd honestly love to see what the selection looks like even earlier in May, though planting too early in Michigan always feels a little risky. On the downside, the products are overpriced. We looked at (but didn't buy) one phone at Wireless Toyz that we later found on sale for nearly half the price at Target.

I would also love to see Consumer Cellular expand further into Michigan, especially throughout Macomb County. There are many empty commercial buildings along Groesbeck Avenue in Clinton Township, including former party store locations and large vacant properties that could be revitalized.
