I ordered 5 shirts online on May 26th from Kohls. My order was split up into 2 separate orders. 2 shirts were identical and was received on May 29th, the other three were received on June 3rd. Upon returning the shirts to the store on Michigan Ave. only the last three were able to be returned because of barcode issues. The 2 identical shirts barcodes could not be scanned. I decided to try the Koles store #0217 on Ford Rd. Two ladies, Marlita and Shannon were determined to solve my problem. They gave me a number to call to give my Order No. and get a number to scan for return. Things worked out fine with one shirt, however, the second shirt that was identical didn't scan because one was regular fit and the other was slim fit. Recently remodeled and now only one set of registers vs two. Also lumped in customer returns here. The wait is 17 people deep with 3 people on registers. I guess the hope is we'll all go to self check out. It's not working well, actually it's awful! More customer service would help not less- machines aren't always the answer! This is a very dependable Kohl's and now has a Sephora inside! It's easy to find what I'm looking for and they are well stocked and clean. I come here more frequently to return things from Amazon. It's easy to not have to pack up my items, simply bring them in. You usually get a Kohl's coupon upon returning anything, too. Another great thing about this Kohl's is the location. It's so close to several other stores and grocery stores. It's simple to make a quick stop in! read more

I just went there to return something I purchased and the customer service department was very nice and helpful considering I forgot what card I used to purchase the stuff with. I went shopping and found two tops that I really liked. The line to cash out was very long but the manager of kohl's came down the line greeting customers and taking hangers off the clothing. She was so nice and helpful and great to talk too. The line moved very fast considering how long it was. Now I took one star away because the store was kind of messy but it's understandable since it's the last weekend before Christmas. The manager said the Sephora may be coming to kohls that would be really great if they chose kohl's store for their stores. First time out shopping since COVID. I had to return an item I purchased online. Only one person was available at the customer service desk. I counted at least 10 customers in line waiting to return item. I was shopping around for another 20 minutes and tried to enter the dressing room and it was closed. Option one leave the store and not make a purchase. Second option try on the clothes over my clothes in the store. I was shopping for at least 20 minutes so I choose option two. This is inconvenient for myself as a shopper since I need to try the clothes on before buying. The check out lane were just as busy and the store was a little hot and stuffy. I do understand that because of COVID you are more then likely short staffed. I do appreciate the employee's wearing masks and cleaning the area before they help me! I just always find this Kohl's to be a hassle. It has less selection, longer lines and just is less somehow. Swung by quickly today and of course they did not carry the socks my husband likes best, they did at the Kohl's on Michigan Ave though. We were also hoping to get a belt he spotted at the other Kohl's but not in stock in his size here. Yes, it was at the other Kohl's. People are nice. They were sympathetic. Returned an item I purchased the day prior. Item was on sale for cyber Monday. They were able to adjust the price to reflect the new lower price. Customer service was fast and completed the transaction quickly. They also are an amazon return location. They will re pack your item and do all the labeling. read more

Very clean and very well maintained kohls. They offer the same discounts offered by Kohls all over the States. The location is great for a day of shopping, as there is JC Penny, Target and Meijer not so far from here. Good places around to eat as well, including Ichiban and Buffalo Wild Wings and likes of Potbelly and Taco Bell for quick stop. Also for Indian food lovers, Nehees is just about 2 mins. We were greeted with the two employees at checkout with a nice smile. I needed help in finding some shorts for my dad, and thanks to the lady on the counter it was easily accessible. She made us follow her so that we can make it to the right section, again she had no customers so nothing better to do then. Also had to return some stuff I bought before and wasn't all that difficult either. The guy in returns section made it easier for us to return stuff and get my money back on my card. read more

Usually, this is the Kohl's location where I shop. I decided to use the "pick up in store" option on an online purchase I made last night. I was the second person in line for online pick up. Unfortunately, after waiting for 15 minutes, I couldn't wait any longer and was unable to pick up my purchase. Honestly, I could have gotten the items off the shelf myself much more quickly. I called customer service on my way home. While the person on the other end was pleasant, I was given no reassurance that this wouldn't happen again and basically brushed off since it's cyber Monday and "everyone had the same idea you did." While the "pick up in store" option seems like a quicker option, it has only wasted time for me since I will need to go back to the store to pick up my order. Very disappointing. read more

I have to say, like most clothing stores, the earlier you arrived, the better the store is organized. That being said, I happen to go in the middle of the afternoon. I had to return a couple items to amazon being the only person in line. Another woman stepped in the line next to me and was served first. Got pretty annoyed and was meaning to say something to the customer service person when it was my turn. I met Joyce who was happy to serve. She was helpful and stated that she had been very busy all day. Despite hearing that, she was personal and in a good mood. She was happy to assist and in no way shape or form seemed put out from having such a long day. I decided to make a purchase before I leave and there are 3 people in front of me. You wouldn't think that it would inconvenience and of the customers, but very quickly, more customer service people were called. I was impressed overall with the service I received today. read more

The past weekend I had the WORST experience at this location. I usually enjoy coming here, but I had an issue with the manager Jodi. She was unprofessional, rude and customer service was not a priory of hers. She had me wait 20 minutes for a price check then told me that the item was on the wrong rack because customers puts things in the wrong places, even though the rack was full of the item and moved it all AFTER I mentioned something. I asked her to honor the discount since it was a mistake done by the store but she refused and when I returned to the cashier, they mentioned that Jodi honored it earlier so we weren't sure why she did not for me. I was VERY upset when I found out. I truly could have went to two other Kohl's which are not too far from this place, which I may have to start since customer service and satisfaction is not a priority here read more

Canton is kind of a drive from any decent mall, so this Kohl's has been a go-to shop for years now for me. The sales are always great and the staff keep things pretty well straight and organized. If the lines get long in front, the managers call out the reinforcements quickly and get things moving. Sign up on email for great coupons, and they can store and recall your Kohls charge number so you dont need yet another card in your wallet. read more

Top notch customer service! Apparently, there is a 'Yes We Can!' policy for customer service here and Yes They Do!! Rodney and Sonya went out of their way to make our shopping experience wonderful, along with several other associates who were available to assist in other departments. We had a snafu with a price check on a pair of running shoes, but they Can and they Did take care of any concerns we had!! We will be back, over and over again! The store was well-stocked and tidy. i like kohls but the canton ford rd one really has some unfriendly sales people at the return counter tonight, i waited along time and when i finally got waited on she was so unfriendly i made the mistake of not having receipt and she gave me a low price on my item and said it was not on my charge to look up so i drove home to find receipt and yes it was on my charge why do they allow women to work in that store who are so unfriendly a lot of the younger girls are so nice in that store they smile and ask if they can help you a total differant attitude. read more
