I have to tug with her every time lately to get answers from her. If I question the script she tells me to call the doctor, which makes no sense being the correction of the script has to be communicated between the doctor and pharmacist, NOT the patient and the pharmacist. This last episode did it for me! I am asking for a script and asking questions about the script, and asked her to print the instructions for the medication (please,) and she would not do it nor did I get the medication. This has been going on for years, and enough is enough. If they don't get their act together, they will lose a lot of business, if they haven't already. And the corporate people, do you really read these reviews? The money will run dry if you don't take action based on what you are reading. It is not always about money; it is about client satisfaction.

They have a great room off to the side that gives plenty of privacy if you are visiting for any of the quick clinic services. I appreciated the staff taking the time to walk me through any questions I had, and get me my flu shot and on my way. PLUS, they have a great "Give a Shot" program, that benefits those not privileged enough to have access to regular vaccines and immunizations. Will definitely revisit this location.

I literally called at 1:15p about a prescription my daughter needs that was supposed to be filled on the 13th this week when her Dr called it in, and they cancelled it, so when I resubmitted it Wednesday, the only option was Friday pick up. At 1:15, she said it's ready now and you'll be able to pick it up when we open after break at 2pm. So I took my lunch break from work in Taylor and drove all the way to Trenton to ensure my child gets her needed medication and I go in since the drive up line was 5 cars deep to see two pharmacy techs playing on phones with the pharmacy closed. The pharmacist had to leave and they didn't know how long it would be until they were open again, but possibly 20-30min and they only said anything to me after I asked. Then there was no apology for my inconvenience. If I had any other option near my house in Trenton, I would be moving everything to a new pharmacy and I may even do just that anyway and have to drive to a different city because I am so tired of dealing with the issues every single month. My personal prescriptions took almost a week to refill last week as well, because of the "technical issues" and back up they had from that, although everytime I called they said it would be ready that day and it never was. They are also almost always short staffed and it takes forever to get service anyway

Now, it was certainly my own mistake for visiting on the Sunday two weeks before Christmas, but this place was an unorganized madhouse! There were probably way more people in the store than a fire marshal would allow. Products all over the floor, strewn about. And again, this is a brand new store... why design the store with seven checkout lanes if you're only going to have four open on one of the busiest shopping days? Gripes aside, it's a decent store with a slightly different selection than your average TJ Maxx and Marshall's. As we got away from the clothing/shoes/accessories, we found the home goods section to be in much better order. We picked up a few nice picture frames for less than $10 each, so I'd call that a win. They also had a great selection of auto accessories, surprisingly. The wait in line was about a half hour... very ridiculous. Anyway, they need more cashiers on duty to handle demand and also dedicated staff to keep stock off the floor.

They do carry a lot of cheap, trendy clothing. There is not a wide variety of sizes for women. The designer handbag selection has never been great. They do occasionally have a great shoe selection. It is really hit or miss. The store is usually clean & organized. The prices are usually good if you can find a treasure. However, the next door neighbor, TJ Maxx, usually has a better selection. The Ross stores I have been to in the north are very different than the ones in the south. This isn't it. The buyers for this store are cheating you out of a great Ross experience.
