Which they have in the past. the pants didn't fit so when I went back to return or exchange they said no. I never removed the tags and I have the receipt. The receipt clearly states any red tag item is final sale. My tag didn't reflect any red tags. THEY ARE RUDE, the reason I didn't try them on before purchasing was because they were 30min before mall closing and the employees were giving dirty looks.
