This is the Marshalls in Dearborn on Michigan Ave. It's pretty huge and well stocked. This location was opened in 2001, so it's been around for a while. They sell everything a from clothes, shoes, bags, cosmetics, electronics to housewares. They sell a lot of name brand items for a cheaper price. It's probably overstock or it's out of season. I love me some deals. They have a huge parking lot in the front. If you're looking for good deals come and check this place out. read more

This place has never *not* been trash a single time I've been here. It's as if Black Friday just rolled through and moved along. Every single time. It's embarrassing. That being said, you can snag some decent finds and when the occasional gem here. Marshall's is good for that. It's what they do. You know what else Marshall's does? They understaff their checkout counters by two people, so the lines are always niiiiice and looooong. It's not my favorite place. But once in a while I can stomach a walkthrough. And even more rarely, I actually enjoy myself and find something I get really excited about. read more

Marshall's is affiliated with TJ Maxx, which means I already like it. This location isn't the best, but it'll do when I need that fix and don't feel like driving to Allen Park for TJ's. There always seems to be clothes and shoes strewn about and never enough checkouts open. But still... there are many deals to be had here. They have a better shoe selection than TJ Maxx including Converse, Puma, Candies and more. And they actually have a men's shoe section, whereas TJ's does not... so that means I can drag Jacob here and he can actually look at something while I shop! This place is pretty cool in my book. If you haven't visited a Marshall's yet, now is the time to do it! read more

This location is one of the more chaotic locations I've shopped at before, but today I was pleasantly surprised to see that their home and linen clearance section has been reorganized into a much more doable section. I frequent their clearance in the home often so this is nice. They had a nice pair of comfortable pants that I really liked and had many colors and sizes pretty close to each other on the women's section but there were a few items that they only seemed to carry one size in, such as a pair of pants in size small only. I also bought a bed spread - a tan light comforter for the summertime and it was a great deal, only $24.99. This location is convenient so I'll continue to do business here, but I much prefer mine back at home where the customer service reps are so much nicer and the store is overall full of a better stock selection. read more

Its tour everyday marshals nothing new same layout and usual stuff. I usually like visiting marshals because of their decent prices and quality products but this time when I visited I realized that they have increased their prices on products which were way less few days back and it makes sense as it just started getting cold, the jacket I saw last time for 39.99/- was 59.99/- today and saw the same kinda business trick on alot of stuff, I know its season and time to make good numbers on sale but still I was kinda disappointed read more

Terrible. Clothes were thrown everywhere. The associates were the least bit friendly or approachable. The store was super dim and unorganized. I traveled 20 minutes just to give this location a shot. Let's just say, I'll NEVER do that again. My boyfriend and I went together to shop for fall clothing. There were about 3 racks for men (including accessories). I was also confused as to where the junior section was. Long story short, I would NOT recommend shopping at this location. read more

The store overall was pretty organized. I was impressed with the quality of clothing available. When I had questions the associates seemed happy to assist me. The dressing room was clean. Clean store. First time visiting. The beauty area was not destroyed with open packages. I noticed they actually locked up a lot of it and the purses. I have seen other Marshall stores where that wasn't the case. Big store with lots of merchandise. read more

I take customer service very seriously, and in this case the lady at the dressing room desk was very rude and disrespectful. Was on her phone proceeded to yell as she speaks and made my experience shopping here the worst I've ever had. Miserable people should not be working at retail stores. read more

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Never shopping here again. Bought an item from here and when I opened it I noticed it was missing some parts to it. Went to return it the next day and the manager said I can't return it because it was used when they sold it to me used! This is a 50/50 I came in today to look for some new shirts for work. I'm one to try on just about ANYTHING so I had 13 items and the obviously only allow 10 items in at a time which I'm more than understanding of. Yet the young girl had her head phones in and was on a phone call!! I kept trying to ask her what to do with my extra three items and she just tapped the stand she was at (I'm assuming her way of getting me to put the items there) but I was so taken back by her actions I asked again and she still wouldn't speak to me and just took the extra three items and put them on the stand and handed me a number card. It took me no more than 10 Minutes to try on my other items and when I walked out to trade three items I didn't want for the three she was holding on to she was talking to another employee barely speaking to me and in a a tone I couldn't describe other than a valley girl accent goes "oh no (other employees name) I hope I didn't loose themmm" and barley even tried to look for the shirts I gotten for work. YET the manager I spoke with was INCREDIBLE she was so sweet and understanding of the situation she apologized and even gave me a small discount! So sweet and kind of her to do that. I recommend this location just make sure you hold onto the things you want!! read more

For the place being pretty busy. And the line rather long.I only waited in line for about 4minutes( not to bad). Every register was going which is always good. Place was pretty clean and from what I experienced the staff was nice. Dressing room was clean. I will go back. Didnt go in the bathroom but from what I seen I would assume it was alright too. This Marshalls is ok.. I usually always hit this one if I'm in the area. The mens section is ok here, not impressed.. I have occassionally seen a few rather expensive high end pieces like Gucci khaki type pants, a Comming Soon Blazer by the designer (Yohji Yomamoto), or a few Diesel underwear. I've also had success finding pants, it pays to have a small waist because all my items are usually discounted, since the masses of people are a bit more average size. Other than that everything else is pretty lackluster. I have bought my mom a couple very nice smelling candles in scents that I'm still on the hunt for more of. I brought one of my female friends in here with me and she was able to find a couple nice tops as well. We've also found a couple things for our dog treats for less than say Petsmart, and even a container for her food w/ wheels and a scoop. anyways check this Marshalls out, its kind of a luck- of - the- draw.
