I really loved the Hijabs they sell. Pretty good price and material. They also sell magnetic pins which I've been looking for!

I love Cato clothing. I had not been there in a very long time. It will probably be a very long…read moretime before I go back to this location because the sales lady was extreamly rude and without cause. I went tonight 03/01/2025. I thought they closed at 8pm. As I am walking into the store I see the store hours that say, "closes at 7pm". It is 6:55pm. With the door half way open I yell out to my daughter in law and her friend that the store closes in 5 minutes. But, my daughter in law did not know what cato was so I was going to show her quickly and then we would come back another day. So we barely step in and the older lady with the dyed red hair says, " We close in 5 minutes". I replied, "Okay, "Thank you". I tell my daughter in law and her friend, so this is Cato. The Woman behind the counter stops waiting on her customer and makes a beeline towards us and says, "like, unless you can just grab something off a rack and bring it straight to the counter and check out... I am closing the store!!!!". She said it so rude, she was obviously upset that we had the audacity to open the door. I had no intention of keeping her past her time. I have worked in retail, I know what it is like when a customer comes in last minute and keeps you pay your time. However, I never ever told a customer that they were not welcome in my store during official business hours. She needs a stern talking to on how to respectfully treat people. This is why people shop online, why stores close and people lose jobs. You don't have to deal with rude sales people when you order from shein.

I rather like Cato fashions. The staff is accommodating and helpful with selections. They bring…read moreyour bags from around the corner to you. I love that touch when shopping. Although the prices are inexpensive, the customer experience is comparable to shopping at a high end store. There are lots of casual choices to choose from. The clearance rack finds are as good as the regular priced ones. Cato carries a nice costume jewelry selection, stockings and tights, belts and other accessories. They also carry wide widths, which is fantastic. I overheard someone making a layaway payment. Parking is plentiful as the store is in a busy strip mall. Cute little store, overall for decent looking inexpensive clothing and accessories.

This is a horrible location. I have been going to this location for many years but won't be…read morereturning since the last two visits left me feeling very shocked. One of the young guys at the donation dock, and the store "manager" were horrible to deal with. The last visit I was dropping off donations. At some point during or right after Covid, they put out a sign by the donation dock that says to stay in your car. I thought this was a Covid - don't spread your germs, thing. (So when I gather up my donations around the house, I collect items for Salvation Army, and other items for a woman's shelter. so usually I have two sets of donations. Also I may have items in my trunk cuz they live in my trunk, such as a large basket I use for produce when I go to the grocery store.) So I stepped out to make sure the employee grabbed the right box. An older gentleman told me that a young guy would be out to meet me, so I didn't need to lift the box. Then he disappeared inside. The young guy came out and told me I have to stay in my car. I explained that I needed to make sure he grabbed the right box since I had other stuff there. Then he got snotty and asked me if I could read the sign. So I said again, that I was just making sure he got the right box cuz I didn't want him to take the other stuff. So he said super annoyed, "You can see the sign, right?" (What? Seriously bro? Do they think people who are donating are going to steal from the clothing bin outside the dock?) I said, well if you're not going to allow me to make sure you don't take the wrong boxes then I guess I'll have to make my donations elsewhere. And his response was "yea, do that. Don't donate here if you can't stay in your car." So that is what I will do. There's a Good Will at Ford and Telegraph which is closer to my house so I will do that from now on. The second to last time I made a donation here, I went in to shop. I bought a dining table and 4 chairs they had for sale. I paid for the item and returned later with a friend to help me load it. An employee got us a big flat bed type cart to load it, but it looked big to fit thru the front door so I asked if we cud got thru the back which was right there, to the dock, which was another 20 feet and out the back. She said she would ask and disappeared in the back. She came out and said yes you can go out the back. So we loaded it all on the cart and we were bringing it thru the back, just like the employee said we could. Suddenly a really tall guy starts yelling at us "What are you doing back here! You can't be back here!" We explained that we were told we could go out the back since the table was so wide and it wouldn't fit out the front door. He kept yelling "Who said you could! I am the manager! You cannot be back here! I am the manager! I didn't give you permission!" I seriously wanted to reassure him that "HE IS THE MANAGER AND THE WHITE LADY WASN'T USURPING HIS AUTHORITY. ITS ONLY BECAUSE ITS A BIG ITEM AND IT CANT FIT THRU THE FRONT DOOR. ITS NOT THAT DEEP!" So we had to go back into the store and disassemble the entire table, and bring it out the front door in grocery carts. Maybe this place gets robbed a lot or something? Ugggggg Just never mind. Not going back here again.

And its just one. After the last couple visits and the experience from the same person, I will move on to the others in the area. I have recently started a reselling business and love to shop and can spend quite a bit. Unfortunately even though they are very close to home, I will go the extra distance for the better experience.

I had bought final clearance items, which were final sale, so that is why I asked about that specific item. When I got home I noticed the item was defective and went back to the store to explain 2 days later. Still in it's bag with the receipt and all tags. Employee there was EXTREMELY rude to say the least & called my mom a liar, without calling the employee that had helped us that day. The initial lady then came in, 15 minutes later and badgered my mom. Claimed she sold us the belt, somehow inspected the whole belt piece by piece and NOTHING was wrong with it. MKAY. TO TOP IT OFFFFF, where the item was defective the employee SCRATCHED OFF even more of the defective piece and further ruined it. & then PROCEEDED TO CALL MY MOM A LIAR about not further damaging the product. I asked her if she could pull up video of both days, if i could even get a word in because began arguing with me, where she told me it was returnable and where the other employee scratched it off with her nasty nails. Of course, she said no and threatened security on my mom to throw her out. When my mom was the calmest person. I've worked in customer service before and these two employees disgust me. Knowing my mom and the language barrier & still threatening her for absolutely no reason. I am calling corporate and wish I would have been there instead. Would never recommend this awful boutique as long as it has awful people working there

I walked through the store approaching the counter (lingering a moment or 2) and walk away toward another group of customers at which time the clerk at the counter acknowledged them from across the room. I thought, "Wow I was just in front of her lingering and she never said a word". She was not the only clerk in the store and not one said hello. So just work on greeting all of your customers when they enter the store.
