Terrible place. Won't even look up your prescription ID. Just go to CVS where they will take care of their customers.

We had Booker for year before Covid with no issue. Our 6 mon appt landed in March 2020 & they…read moreshutdown. When they opened back up, they called and said my kids had to come in one by one & I was not allowed to come in. They explained that they would have suits & masks on & I said no way. My kids are not coming in alone, first, & especially when they can't identify the adults. There was no compromise. So, I said we would come back after the madness ended. Two years later, we went in for cleanings. I have never accepted fluoride & we only do x-rays at the minimum my insurance allows. This was nothing new, but this time Booker seemed offended & expressed his frustration to me. I said that was my wishes & we hadn't had an issue before, but he wanted to argue. I declined, finished the cleaning & left. 6 months later I went in & needed to get an old filling replaced. I had just had a doctor's appt where she told me to be careful what type of filling I get for medical reasons. When I expressed this to Booker & asked questions about what he uses he said he wanted my doctor's name because he was going to tell her she didn't know what she was talking about. I said that is very aggressive & he proceeded to tell me that I just need to let him do his job. He could not tell me what type of filling material he used or any health risks. He then started ranting about people who ask too many questions. I declined for him to do my work. His attitude & aggressive behavior is disturbing. He has an attitude like no one knows more than him, but he can't even tell you the materials he uses. I decided then I would not return. The next time my husband took my kids, the receptionist asked him if he was competent enough to make follow up appointments or if she should call me. Extremely sexist & just plan rude. My kids then did not return. My husband was the last holdout, until now. This week, he has an emergency. He was in a car accident & cracked a tooth. He called the office at 11 am to find out they had different hours for spring break... they closed at noon. However they didn't answer the phone at 11 am... he left a message to say he had an emergency. Nothing. No call back. He called again today & it says now that they are closed until Monday. He then received a message saying they wouldn't take care of him until Monday. Who closes their office for Spring Break? This business is so unprofessional. We're done.

Dr. Booker has been my dentist for years. I have never had any issues with any of the work he has…read moredone in my mouth, and he is careful to make sure nothing hurts during procedures. The staff are also efficient and pleasant. I really like my hygienist, and the assistants are sweet too.

I made an appointment for a blow out. This was the most…read moreexpensive and worst blow out experience I've ever had. The most important issue is that the hair stylist didn't know how to use a barrel brush to add curls to the hair so she compensated for it by using a curling iron. Because of this she charged me for both a blow out and a hot tool hair styling. I've been getting blow outs every other month since 2016 from both Drybar and smaller local salons, and I have never been charged double for a blow out because they added curls/waves. Right now at Drybar you can get a Mai Thai blow out for $55 which looks exactly like the outcome of my hair at Ulta today. Ulta was $79, after tip this was about $100 (I don't even know why I tipped because she kept blowing air into my ear, kept brushing over my ear, her nails would slide onto my face, when she pulled on my hair she didn't apologize or say anything). When she first met me she was trying to up sell me on treatments, so maybe this is just an up selling tactic? Also, I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment because it's the polite thing to do and the employees saw me but walked away without acknowledging me.

I was in pain and I had an emergency mind you I called the office at 3 am in the morning to figure out some options or availability because it was a Saturday. Before I did some research because I'm new to the area and seen a dentist that had a lot of great reviews so I called and set up a walk in appointment. They were very busy and still managed to squeeze me in at 3 pm the same day. When I arrived I was immediately greeted kindly by the desk receptionist. She helped me through my paperwork and got me in to see the Dr.KP in a matter of minutes. Once I was in the room Dr. KP and his helpful assistant took my X-rays and discussed what my available options were in order to deal with this excruciating pain I was in. After a few moments of reviewing the x-rays and gathering the tools for the extraction I was sure I was in good hands. He was very professional precise and most of all painless. I will only trust my smile with DR. KP and his team.

They bill up front for work to be done far in advance. I understand paying up front but it should be done on the day of the visit not weeks in advance. I ended up paying for work I never had done. I paid around $3500 for a tooth extraction, a root canal, and a infection post-root canal. No crown was ever placed. They called me saying that I needed to come in and get the images retaken to make the crown. Then I had many messages saying it came in. I don't think it ever came in. But I was billed for it. I elected not to go back.
