Every single month I have issues with refills, either they keep auto filling items I have repeatedly asked them not to, or they have technical issues on the website/app that orders aren't submitted or just cancelled after they are pending and then today. I literally called at 1:15p about a prescription my daughter needs that was supposed to be filled on the 13th this week when her Dr called it in, and they cancelled it, so when I resubmitted it Wednesday, the only option was Friday pick up. At 1:15, she said it's ready now and you'll be able to pick it up when we open after break at 2pm. So I took my lunch break from work in Taylor and drove all the way to Trenton to ensure my child gets her needed medication and I go in since the drive up line was 5 cars deep to see two pharmacy techs playing on phones with the pharmacy closed. The pharmacist had to leave and they didn't know how long it would be until they were open again, but possibly 20-30min and they only said anything to me after I asked. Then there was no apology for my inconvenience. If I had any other option near my house in Trenton, I would be moving everything to a new pharmacy and I may even do just that anyway and have to drive to a different city because I am so tired of dealing with the issues every single month. My personal prescriptions took almost a week to refill last week as well, because of the "technical issues" and back up they had from that, although everytime I called they said it would be ready that day and it never was. This Walgreens was AWESOME on my recent visit to get a flu shot. The process was super easy, and the pharmacy staff had me in and out in under 15 minutes. They have a great room off to the side that gives plenty of privacy if you are visiting for any of the quick clinic services. I appreciated the staff taking the time to walk me through any questions I had, and get me my flu shot and on my way. PLUS, they have a great "Give a Shot" program, that benefits those not privileged enough to have access to regular vaccines and immunizations. Will definitely revisit this location. read more

This Walgreens always has friendly staff and good sales. They are never out of stock on any product I need. I frequently use the pharmacy and I have noticed that the drive thru is much quicker than going into the store. One of the times I went through they even grabbed a product from the floor for me. My dog loves the pharmacy staff because they always give him a dog treat when we come through. read more

My mom and I are here to get flu shots. The reason we chose Walgreens this year is because they have the program get a shot give a shot. If you get a shot in their pharmacy they will give a shot to someone else in a foreign country for free. They seem pretty busy in the pharmacy area. The staff is friendly and attentive. The shots didn't hurt at all and now we are protected. read more

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Every prescription I've ever tried filling at this location is either out of the ingredients to make or is somehow prolonged and always has issues. Very unprofessional employees and at times extremely incompetent. read more

The pharmacy at this location is EXTREMELY slow. Even if there is no one here it takes at least 15 mins to get your prescription. Go somewhere else if you can!!! read more

Staff is helpful enough, but pharmacy staff is not careful or thorough. I requested two prescription refills for blood pressure medicine. They filled two scrips for the same drug, different strengths, not two separate drugs. Luckily I was filling my weekly purse pack and happened to be with a nosey nurse. She caught the mistake before I took the drugs for the month. Walgreen did not apologize, just told me to bring them back, a 2-hour round trip. read more
