I have been seeing Dr Parker for over 10 years. She is amazing! No pain ever, not even a shot! She is very knowledgeable and always has a great solution for any problem! If you want every single appointment to be late, this is your dentist office. This is not a COVID-19 issue, they just don't value your time in any way and they never have. Most appointments are 10-15 minutes late, although they've just straight up canceled appointments on me. Overall they're good dentists, but the scheduling is Trash class. read more

Up until a few years ago, I had seen Dr. Jackson since I was a kid and he used to be a kind, gentle and understanding dentist. Now, he is a money hungry, stuck up cold man. Not only does he judge you and make you feel bad if you go 9 months without a cleaning but he ignored a very serious condition. I have had purple gums for two years now and when I brought up my concern to him, he said it was fine and perfectly normal. Flash forward to seeing a new dentist this week and I find out that it is gum disease. Mind you, multiple hygienists and other doctors who examined my teeth/gums also missed it. I could've had this treated two years ago and now I may need surgery to fix a problem Jackson shouldn't have ignored. Save yourself time, money and judgement and go elsewhere. read more

Let me start by stating that my review is for both Dr. Jackson and Dr. Snider as they work in the same office and I have seen them both. I have been going to both dentist for about 20 years. I started out seeing Dr. Jackson (as it was his practice to begin with) and a few years ago I started going to Dr. Snider (I'm not sure how long she has been with the practice, I would guess at least 10 years). I have had quite the full range of dental services at their office. I started in elementary school with various retainers and then braces in middle school, I've gotten cavities filled, sealants (to fill/prevent tooth grooves), two root canals, various teeth bleaching (both the trays that whiten all your teeth and a special kind of bleaching where they drill a small hole in the back of the tooth and stuff bleach inside - something I had to do as a result of a root canal that left a tooth slightly discolored), and the typical every 6 month appointments for teeth cleaning and x-rays. Everyone, the receptionists, hygienists and doctors, are extremely nice and provide great customer service. They have great hours, I've been there as early as 8am and as late as 6 or 7pm. I grew up downriver, so Trenton was a normal choice for a dentist. I have since moved to Berkley, but still make the 45-60 min drive to go to their office, so the flexible office hours are appreciated. I think they accept most insurance plans, I currently have Delta Dental insurance and while I don't believe either dentist is "in network", my insurance still covers 80% of the services, so a typical 6 month appointment only costs me $20-30. I highly recommend both dentists and all the hygientsts! There is a third dentist, Dr. Parker, who has been with the practice for a few years, but I've never seen her. I would imagine her service is equally as good. read more

What can I say about this office, hmm.........It's only the best dentist I have ever been too. I am terrified of the dentist. Dr. Parker is absolutely the best. I can't say enough great things about her. Even the rest of the staff is great. I don't dread going to the dentist as much anymore. read more

Prices are higher than any dentist in the area and wait times are long. Emergencies may happen which I understand, however I was told I would have to wait a hour after my scheduled appointment and the staff was rude when telling me my appointment was going to be delayed. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Kristen Parker, DDS, my dentist for the past decade. She is highly skilled, using state-of-the-art advancements in her dental practice, yet she won't hesitate to go "hard-wire" old-school on your smile if need be (case in point; my 6-month stint in braces before veneers). Terrible customer service. Good dentist and hygienists but the office staff is useless. Wanted me to coordinate everything with my insurance company. No thanks, I'll go back to my old dentIst who made sure procedures were covered before doing anything instead of just sending a bill in the mail when a claim is denied. read more

Dr. Parker and her associates are wonderful. They make themselves available for emergency and non-emergency situations. My children love visiting the dentist because the hygienists are kind and gentle. Additionally, the office celebrates children in many family oriented celebrations. Fantastic experience. Very professional, modern, and sophisticated. I moved to the Detroit area from Boston a few months after receiving a dental implant (from an oral surgeon in Boston). Soon after moving to Detroit, my implant post / crown came loose and Dr. Jackson fixed it free of charge. He has helped me (for free) several times with the implant over the past several years, even though he had no responsibility or reason to do so. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Dr. Jackson and his associates have been my family's dentist for 27 years. The services provided have been excellent. My children have moved out of state but schedule their checkups when they come into town knowing that they will receive excellent care and with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Jackson's practice offers a variety of services including routine hygiene, orthodontics, root canals, dental implants, fillings, cosmetics, etc. My family has experienced all of the above and with great satisfaction. The staff is amazing and are also very involved in many community activities. They are friendly and always do everything possible to make you comfortable. After years of miserable appointments at other dental practices, we found Jackson, Snider, Parker. I loved it from my first visit and can't believe I don't dread my checkups. The staff is incredible. After several visits myself, I got my wife to try and she's been going there for years now too. We then pulled my children from their pediatric dentist (who we actually liked) and have them going here too and they love it. Our two teens got braces there so we're in the office quite a bit. The staff seems to always look forward to us bringing our three year old into the office (whom they've known since she was a newborn). The little one gets excited to go up there and had her first cleaning yesterday. Several staff members came by to visit with her and her big day. The office is tied closely to the community and hosts several events for clients throughout the year. Little things like this make all the difference and more people should be aware of this office and the incredible work they do. read more
