Not only did we end up purchasing a new dining room table, but my mom ended up purchasing a coffee table and two end tables. In addition, I plan on going back to purchase some of the cool Lake Michigan art that they have in stock. They have furniture for every room in your house and a great clearance/sale room. We are still waiting on our table (it's custom made), but my mom received her purchase the other day and was incredibly happy with the quality and the professionalism of the delivery staff. Prices were reasonable given the high quality of items. I highly recommend a visit. Make sure to ask for Dayna. She was fantastic to work with!

We bought a love seat sofa and chair November 2024. The sales woman Carol told us to call them back…read morein a year and they'll repack the cushions. I'll get back to this. After the initial delivery, we noticed that the chair made honking noises. I had them come out to take a look. The repair guy said he couldn't find anything doing it. Now a year later, I had them come back out to recheck the noise that never went away and to have them repack the cushions. The repair guy said the repack was a lie. They don't do that. He still couldn't fix the chair either. Just today I took a look at the chair myself. There were 6 loose bolts that I tightened up. This fixed the chair. Why didn't the repair guy have the sense to bring a 7/16" wrench with him so he could verify all the bolts were tight? He does this for a living. Wouldn't you think he's seen this problem before? Between being lied to about repackig cushions to poor service, I'd look at other sources for furniture next time around.

I had read the reviews and seemed worth checking it out, and well, I won't go back. The one woman seemed very angry, annoyed and seemed completely preoccupied with something else. I wasn't actually sure who worked there or not honestly. The stock in the bins was not great, picked over, broken seals and boxes. I honestly find better deals at the dollar stores anymore. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything and I wouldn't go back.

This was the second purchase I made at this store and wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

I had a wonderful experience shopping with Jude this evening, although our adventure did not start…read morewhen I decided to finally come into the store , it started earlier in the morning on the phone. I have been searching online for a specific recliner; my husband has wanted one forever. We also needed a matching couch with style but comfort. I called numerous stores as I wanted to come in and test it out before purchasing. Ashleys is the only store who had this specific collection piece on the floor, I had been searching for. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and connected with Jude as I had requested, very pleasurable and genuine to speak with in person as he was on the phone. Jude showed me the recliner I had been searching for , it was quite the disappointed based on color. I was shocked! It was greyer than brown, not really brown at all but earth toned grey. Jude jumped on his iPad and within moments matched me with the perfect set. Better then the one I fell in love with before . I am not one to purchase furniture without actually trying it out, but I read all the reviews, loved this color , price and with the excitement and anticipation of a new recliner for my husband I jumped on this DEAL. Thanks Jude for the Customer Service A+++ fingers crossed for a quick delivery :)

Quality kitchen ware, wall décor, accent tables, leaning mirrors, love seats, chairs, chases, pet items, etc. To the shoppers who never knew,, this is like TJ Maxx but house stuff only. So we came here to look for a gift for my friend who was having a birthday party. She's a home owner and we're going to a wine tasting party in Windsor. So yes,, a wine themed gift seems to be a fitting choice. So we wander over to the kitchen area and found us a really nice fancy looking cutting board. It has handles and very pretty, which indicates that it is to be used for charcootery plating. A fancy term for fruit and cheese. Usually accomapanies a turn up wine session. The store is laid out pretty nicely. Very open, well lit and pretty much well recovered. Of course there are things that are going to be hard to find, but it's a discount shop,,, so yes,, people will hang on to things just because more than likely, it is the last of the item in the store. Then when they decide they don't need it, they'll just drop it whereever because it's the american thing to do. There was plenty of cashiers working at the time we checked out, so it didn't take us long to puchase our item. The associates were really nice and friendly as well. I definitely had a great time shopping here and will definitely be back to shop again in the near future. Thank you so much for reading my review,, have a yelptastic day!!!
