Not only did we end up purchasing a new dining room table, but my mom ended up purchasing a coffee table and two end tables. In addition, I plan on going back to purchase some of the cool Lake Michigan art that they have in stock. They have furniture for every room in your house and a great clearance/sale room. We are still waiting on our table (it's custom made), but my mom received her purchase the other day and was incredibly happy with the quality and the professionalism of the delivery staff. Prices were reasonable given the high quality of items. I highly recommend a visit. Make sure to ask for Dayna. She was fantastic to work with!

After the initial delivery, we noticed that the chair made honking noises. I had them come out to take a look. The repair guy said he couldn't find anything doing it. Now a year later, I had them come back out to recheck the noise that never went away and to have them repack the cushions. The repair guy said the repack was a lie. They don't do that. He still couldn't fix the chair either. Just today I took a look at the chair myself. There were 6 loose bolts that I tightened up. This fixed the chair. Why didn't the repair guy have the sense to bring a 7/16" wrench with him so he could verify all the bolts were tight? He does this for a living. Wouldn't you think he's seen this problem before? Between being lied to about repackig cushions to poor service, I'd look at other sources for furniture next time around.

I had read the reviews and seemed worth checking it out, and well, I won't go back. The one woman seemed very angry, annoyed and seemed completely preoccupied with something else. I wasn't actually sure who worked there or not honestly. The stock in the bins was not great, picked over, broken seals and boxes. I honestly find better deals at the dollar stores anymore. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything and I wouldn't go back.

Not because of high pressure but because of Donn's knowledge of Construction of beds and his long history in the industry. He was able to answer all our questions and accommodate all our needs. In Gardner whites eyes me and my girlfriend are a young couple with cash in hand ready to buy a mattress. We walked in and were met with a sales associate (I don't recall his name), he was a nice guy and brought us over to the mattresses. The first thing he does is set us on a $10,000+ mattresses and we said it was too high of a price. He said okay no problem and brought us to the next (around half the price), he started talking this mattress up going on about how "celebrities buy this mattress", "this is our best seller on the floor" which is what he said about the $10,000+ mattresses and he was just using TERRIBLE sales tactics. What got me and my girlfriend is that he then said "is money an issue" in a bit of a snotty/uppity tone. Which for a young couple the obvious answer should be yes we are not looking to spend $10,000+ on a mattress. We told him our budget and he brought us to our next mattress. We lay down and he just walked away, he came back with another guy their "mattress professional" and said "you guys didn't like anything I showed you here's our mattress professional" and just pawned us off to him. Our complaint for the last mattress is that it was too plush. The mattress professional took us to another and then just walked away and didn't return. With us already buying a mattress at bobs we didn't need to stay in there much longer and decided to leave. Now did we waste their time a little bit? Yes but no because if we found something else we liked at Gardner white we would've brought our business there. Only leaving a bad review because of the customer service we got was basically a turn off from mattress shopping and the absolutely terrible sales tactics the first guy tried to use. Come on guy do you really think I'm gonna want to buy a mattress because celebrities buy it and I get a $300 gift card?? Do better.
