I found a cool book on the Songbirds of North America with a disk of actual songs. There are plenty of books to browse through and the prices are very reasonable. I was told it would be just 2-3 days, to get them so I placed the order since I was going to ship them overnight. It's now going on SIX days later with no return call from Toledo's Barnes & Noble, as promised. I just tried calling the store, and after about 15 rings someone finally picked up and couldn't find my order, so she said she would ask her manager to "try" to give me a call back today. (It's 11a and the store doesn't close until 9p.) Next time, I'll order the book for $2 less per copy through Amazon Prime AND have it delivered to my doorstep the next day. #FasterCheaperBetter

The quality of the books I've seen are kept in pristine condition and I love that it's also not too noisy inside. There were carts outside the front of the store with books for $1 each, and inside was fun decor, tons of books (obviously), plus postcards and posters. As we walked around there were some books on the floor and it could be hard to get around books and people at times.
