It blends in completely, and the only indication is their sign on the placard by the street. Parking is very close to the building and plentiful. I was drawn in by their flier offering free multivitamins or aspirin. Their in-store selection for otc products is limited due to lack of foot traffic. The pharmacist was really nice and eager to match or beat meijer gummy vitamin prices. They'd order them and presumably provide free delivery (another highlight of their service!). I asked and they also do pet meds and compounding. While I didn't buy anything today, I'm definitely planning on keeping an eye out for ways I can utilize this place. Even if it's just to get them to beat meijer pharmacy prices, need some cheap generics and want to avoid Walmart, or when I'm stuck at home without a car. As a side note, I tried to stop in on Sunday and they were closed (they were open on a Wednesday morning). Consider calling for their hours before driving over. If you're looking for a local pharmacist, I'd totally give these guys a try. (4 stars for me, because they are not the BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD, and are untested overall and have worse hours for me, than meijer, but they seem like a good small business option. If they work out for me, I will definitely increase the star count.)

From the first time I met her on the phone, she has always been working to find solutions and giving me the best possible customer service. Because of her even when for geographic reasons it was not economical or efficient for me to be buying all the way from Michigan I continued. Lori is not only competent, patient and so nice, but, I consider her a friend. I have been with them for several years and I have only great things to say. During the Christmas Season some packages got lost, totally the mail not Pharmacy Solutions fault at all. However, Pharmacy Solution's only concern was to make sure I had my needed supplements. They quickly rushed through and made another order and sent it overnight all at their cost even though it was not their responsibility. Honestly, I cannot think of another company that does this. They're especially convenient if you go to the Ypsilanti Family Practice in the same building. You get your prescription upstairs at the Family Practice, fill it downstairs at the pharmacy, and you're good to go. Parking is easy here, but the streets around this area can be confusing. A pharmacist (who didn't want to give his name, because his "entire team" provides service like this) answered the phone, and helped me with three of my Mom's prescriptions, all of which were transferred from a nearby pharmacy (and is a national competitor). Not only did he check the transfers, but also checked dosage and frequency, and also ran the prescriptions through insurance. This was all on a *Saturday*, and *an hour* after they had *closed*. They don't carry the two prescriptions that I need so when I was telling the owner, why are you so concerned about my other medication's? He's like because I can ask questions and also why are you getting from two pharmacies? I personally number one nobody carries these two medicines that I need except you guys and the second thing is no disrespect. It's none of nobody's where I get my medicine from. Per one of the employee she stated, "the pharmacist had to pick and choose who he was going to continuing filling prescriptions for and there are several customers he will not be filling for anymore." I come the same time every month. So maybe call and double check on yours or switch to a place that has care for their patients medical needs. OR atleast will have the decency to give you a heads up.
