It was a win- win situation because I re- glued the original grabber and it works fine, so I get to keep it.

Two days before that appointment, my niece called Binson's to confirm the time of pick up. Binson's said they would not take it back. They said it was owned by me, now. They told me to put it in the trash! Whose trash? How will I get to that trash? They offered no other solutions, just that I own it now. In other words, BINSONS' DUMPED THIS USED BED ON AN 80 yr old WOMAN! I don't know where or who to turn to, now. I really can't afford to pay a moving company or trash hauler and cleary can't do this myself. I am on a fixed income. Shame on Binson's. I would never recommend this company, again!

I'm really just chiming in here to try and negate some of the one star posts. Looks like people that don't know how to do business for the most part. First, I have exceptional BCBS PPO coverage and they do charge a monthly rent to own policy along with free cellular modem comms to your provider so that they know you're in compliance and your insurance keeps paying. At least with my insurance you pay a fraction of the cost of the machine over 10 months and then it's your's. I had to have the cellular compliance device installed for 90 days, after which Sleep solutions sent me postage paid return packaging to ship the cell modem back. As for resupply, I always get a reminder that I'm due for filters, mask, hose, etc. I can order via their automated system or call and talk to a human (which I just did). Their customer service has always been pleasant and professional. Matter of fact they had to call BCBS to see if I'd met my annual deductible, and said they'd call me back. They did so before I could finish this review! You can't order Jimmy Johns that fast! Professional Service, prompt mailing of supplies or pick up at their location. It's out of the way for me to drive there, but the two times I did so I spent about 5-10 minutes there and was out the door completely satisfied. My brother also uses this place and has had the same experience. Beats Wirght and Phillipis or Binsons hands down!

When 5pm approached, their Customer Serice person told me their corporate phones disconnect at 5pm (really?), so I would have to call back tomorrow. I have never heard of such a thing. Next, I had another interaction with a different SS's customer service rep a few days befor the above experience; she was equally as bad (mildly uncomfortably hostile). A third issue happened a number of years ago with another Customer Service-related problem. In the middle of my appointment, as 5pm approached, I was told to come back tomorrow. After this, I stopped doing business with them. I thought that I would give SS another chance, so returned a few days ago and exterienced the above discussed problems. MISTAKE!!! They continue to place their Customer Service staff's policy/performance as more important than that of their customer's needs. Frankly, I am surprised that they have a 2-star Yelp rating. I had enough. I'm moving on to Plan B -- going to another company. Caveat Emptor!

I was really excited and immediately called my doctor to send my prescription there. When I arrived I was treated very rudely and told I should not come back to get my prescription filled again. They treated me with incredible disrespect for calling around to get my prescription filled when I couldn't get them filled at my normal pharmacy or any of the dozens of other pharmacies I had called. He then proceeded to tell me the other pharmacies were lying to me and that they all do have the medication in stock but for some reason won't fill it for me anyway. I'm familiar with the laws for controlled substances, and I know the pharmacist at Medindex is the one who was lying to me. I also know about the national shortage of ADHD meds because it has made the news. I don't understand why I was treated this way. They filled filled the prescription, but told me not to come back. Not that I would given how rudely I was treated.
