I sent my husband to buy me a wheelchair so I could go places easier with my broken ankle. The lady kept trying to talk him out of it saying I didn't need it and why was he buying something just to make his wife happy. What a jerk! If I need anymore medical supplies I will not be coming here. read more

Excellent medical supply company. Great customer service. If you are not able to go to their location they will deliver almost anything to your home. They take most of the insurances. Call ahead of you are coming to pick any equipment and it will be a faster check out. read more

Warm and wonderful staff. They accept a lot of insurances, but there are a couple not on the list. I am switching insurances for that reason. They are that good! May need to let providers know, especially if you are sick of dealing with lousy service and equipment from other suppliers. read more

Last September they changed her medication to Trilogy to help with her breathing and it worked. So I changed the filter on her oxygen concentrator and shortly after that she did not have to use her oxygen equipment anymore. We have called and sent e-mails, left messages and nothing. They sent her an invoice for 5,000.00. She does not want to buy the equipment. We have been trying to return it and that seems to be impossible. This is absolutely the worst company that we have ever dealt with. No communication at all. My advice is go somewhere else where they have good customer service. My wife is battling cancer and she can hardly get around with out help. At this time I still have the equipment sitting in our front room and I am going to try and return it to one of there stores myself and see how that goes John P

Our landscape firm recommended that we go to Telly's to select a special red maple for an area on…read moreour property that is outside where our landscaper's work. We found a beautiful specimen, bought it and contracted to Telly's to plant it. This was in September of 2025. Now seven months later, the specimen is dead. We took pictures to the store and I spoke to the person who sold me the tree originally. He told me he needed to consult an "expert". I was introduced to another man who looked at my pictures and fairly immediately diagnosed that there was something wrong with our soil and that is what killed the tree. He indicated that their warranty did not cover disease. He showed me the treatment for the soil and explained how to do it. We spent $90 on this treatment. After consulting with our landscaper, there were several things that were suggested, but here's the most important one. The tree dying so quickly would suggest that the disease may have been in the potted plant's soil WHEN it was planted. The landscaper found it unusual that if the disease were newly introduced to the plant from our soil that it would have died so quickly. At any rate, we will never buy another specimen tree like this from Telly's. This experience really felt like a "setup" between the two employees. We had to speak to the guy who knows how to "sell" this whole soil disease excuse. As consumers, we were in no position to argue. We'd suggest that you be very careful buying an expensive specimen from Telly's and risking having your money go up in smoke in just a few months time!

I come here weekly during the summer and fall months to get all of my produce. The prices are competitive with local chain groceries stores and I love to support this friendly, small family owned business. They are open daily from 9am- 5pm and closed on Tuesdays from Mid July through Halloween. Today I bought some beautiful pumpkins and plan on returning later this week to get some mums for my fall decorations. Honey Bee Farms was there today giving away samples and educating people about local raw honey. A small business supporting another!
