I've had a few issues getting things covered with an out of state prescription under my new medical plan but they've been able to get it fixed. It really depends on who's working. This review is solely based on the pharmacy. They seem to be completely clueless. I've never had…read moresuch a mess every single time at any pharmacy ever. And it is not just me. I'm never in there without someone dealing with some form of incompetency. I was sent here (no choice) when Rite Aid closed and have been in the process of moving all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. One scrip was a problem ever time with them denying it. They would deny it, but send me a note that my doctor's office denied it. I'd call the and they wouldn't know how to help me because they processed it with no problems. Apparently Walgreens didn't like that it was sent by a nurse and not a doctor, so they'd deny it but send out incorrect information. This happened literally every time I had this prescription filled at this location. I finally switched that one to Meijer and I have not had any issues. They seem to be over worked, under staffed, and under trained.
