It's a Walgreens they had the phone sharper I needed as I left mine at home In Virginia. It's what you expect at Walgreens and the phone charger price was reasonable. read more

This review is solely based on the pharmacy. They seem to be completely clueless. I've never had such a mess every single time at any pharmacy ever. And it is not just me. I'm never in there without someone dealing with some form of incompetency. I was sent here (no choice) when Rite Aid closed and have been in the process of moving all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. One scrip was a problem ever time with them denying it. They would deny it, but send me a note that my doctor's office denied it. I'd call the and they wouldn't know how to help me because they processed it with no problems. Apparently Walgreens didn't like that it was sent by a nurse and not a doctor, so they'd deny it but send out incorrect information. This happened literally every time I had this prescription filled at this location. I finally switched that one to Meijer and I have not had any issues. They seem to be over worked, under staffed, and under trained. read more

Worst customer service at the pharmacy EVER! I have called these clowns 2 days in a row. They say the same thing every time I call - "three calls ahead of you." Then they say - "ONE call ahead of you." Then they don't answer! It rang 30+ times and they said they were having "DIFFICULTIES", then they hung up!! read more

Worst pharmacy ever! DO NOT COME HERE! You will be made to wait days for important prescriptions that literally take only 10 minutes to fill. The pure laziness of the 5 pharmacy employees is shocking. Not sure what they are actually doing every day if not their work. They keep telling you to come later to pick up a prescription only for you to come later and it still not be ready. How many times can you do that to actually sick people? Do you really want them to keep coming back over and over again and coughing throughout the store? After finally complaining and making a fuss is when they tell you to wait 30 minutes and then having it ready in 10. Just close the pharmacy if you don't want to help people. read more

if I could give zero stars I would on 4/14 I was told I had Covid and my medication was sent to Walgreens so I go to Walgreens and they make me wait an hour for my medication and then they tried fighting me on my card not working due to their new card systems. They made me go inside just for my card to work in the end. I decided man after this encounter I'm going to transfer to the cvs they have WAY BETTER customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need to be better to their customers and have compassion. It seems like they're always just rude and it's rare to have a nice man or women assit in this pharmacy read more

The worse pharmacy have waited all day for 2 medications. Have used every excuse while my grandson remains sick.

Every since Rite - Aid Closed on 12- Hoover People have transferred there prescription there at Walgreens. It's not Walgreens Pharmacy fault. They have a heavy load of Prescription to fill and even changed there hours. I have to wait longer due to more customers transferring Prescription there. If your HAPPY Please Go some were else. This Walgreens I Love and so does my extended Family. Mohammad and his staff do an excellent Job taking care of the Patients. read more

I waited for 20 minutes for my prescription, and the pharmacist told me to turn my car around and come back. However, when I returned, my prescription still wasn't ready for pick-up. How do these fkrs even get their jobs? read more

After waiting for 15 minutes, someone FINALLY came to the window. She was running words together and talking to quiet to here over car engine. Then told me my script was only for 7 days instead of 30 days, took another 5 or 6 minutes to verify that. I was stuck there over 30 minutes. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! AND THEY DONT CALL YOU FOR PROBLEMS OR WHEN SCRIPTS ARE READY. If I could they would get NEGATIVE stars!!! read more

This the worst place never come hereyou have to wait in line just get a medicine dot come here

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the world. They constantly tell my husband on the phone that his script is in stock, just to show up and they do not have it after promising it to him. Last month we went through the drive thru and after taking his name, date of birth, and payment, the tech handed him a script for someone else. It was not even his and was a controlled substance. This is beyond illegal and the pharmacist Mohammed just brushed it off like it was not a big deal, just a mistake. We will be reporting this and he should lose his license. They are incredibly incompetent, slow, and have no clue what they are doing! Stay far away! read more

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. My medication is out of stock everytime I come here which is confusing because I literally get it every month. Like wouldn't it make since go order considering you have a customer that picks it up each month. This place is the worst read more

Thank you to Mohamad the head pharmacist, and Nicole his assistant in making sure we received both our Covid-19 vaccines in a timely fashion. We are much relieved to have been helped by them and put this in our rearview mirror. Also a thank you to Mike the asst pharmacist who so very helpful to a good friend of mine in getting her in for her vaccine shots. read more

worst Walgreens pharmacy i've been too. waited for over 30 minutes to get my covid booster shot, never even got the shot because there was a long line, my appointment was scheduled for 11:10, also the lady doing the pharmacy drive thru was a complete bitch to a lot of customers. read more

The pharmacists were so helpful getting my prescription shot filled at the last minute. I will be switching to this pharmacy! They were so nice and helpful during my crisis. read more

Unprofessional and lacking critical thinking, i'm speaking in regard to the pharmacist not the assistants. Controlled substance or not when you see a prescription in black and white you fill it. If you doubt it's credibility you call the doctor. I'm absolutely appalled that i was treated as an addict in public with a prescription. TWICE. I wouldn't take the time to write this otherwise. read more

Getting my 2nd covid shot, appointment was at 230pm, I checked in at 2pm and just received my shot at 3:48 pm. Almost 2 hours. Will never return to this location read more

This store always requires a long wait in the checkout at the main register stefanie is the cashier I see on every visit if they could get someone who can move quicker that would help.also the pharmacy is very poor and incompetent. read more

The waiting period for the pharmacy is ridiculous. I would recommend going to a different Walgreens. This is my second time here and each visit has been horrible! read more

Pharmacy is a joke. Called to put a discount card on my drugs, and then was put on hold until someone else who know what they were doing could come and help, but after 20 minutes on hold (literally) i had to go back to work... every 4 minutes someone picked up, and put me back on hold... then someone else picked up and had no idea why i was on hold... then got put on hold again... LIKE REALLY????..... getting ALL of my scripts transferred to a pharmacy that might care about the patients a little bit! read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for several years, I give this Walgreens five stars because of the exceptional service at the pharmacy . Mike, Mohammed, Darcy, Nicole and everyone else that works there are kind & friendly and have always looked out for my health and well-being. I've never waited for a prescription longer than 15 to 20 minutes, and I've never had any issues with any other staff they always greet me with a hello and a smile and a how are you today !! But again it's the pharmacy that keeps me coming back, I feel like they're a part of my family ! There are many other places in the area that could take some lessons in customer service from the fabulous people that work here, I recommend anyone go there and get to know the staff and you'll be treated like your family as well !!!! read more

This is probably the worst pharmacy ever! The employees are nasty to customers and are very lazy! They will always take shortcuts! Do your best to stay away from this awful pharmacy, and save yourself the irritation! read more

i wish I could give this place a negative rating. the gentleman main pharmacist (if he's there any more) is very kind And helpful and there is one other woman who has been there a handful of years who is pleasant but anyone else has been horrible and so rude. the last 2 times have made me never want to return. the time before this there Was a line of cars we waited for well over 40 minutes in. When I pulled up I noticed the woman was starting to close up the pharmacy when there were 3 cars behind me. She took care of me and before I pulled away I made sure she knew the long wait and those 3 cars behind me had been here waiting majority of the time. She said ok - then as I drove away closed the pharmacy for the night. Today I had to return because my dr sent my script here on accident - same situation where I was in line for over 30 minutes, this time as I pulled up for my turn when there were 4 cars infront of me before my turn and 3 behind me, I watched the pharmacist walk out, and I'm assuming she was shopping in the store for over 10 minutes before returning never once even apologizing for the wait when she knew I watched her walk out. I just don't get it. I understand help Is tight andpeople are tired but it costs literally nothing to be a good and kind person, you never know what the person on the other side of that window is dealing with and they may be picking up medication that keeps them alive, so just be kind and Treat us how you would expect someone to treat your family if it was them picking up a prescriptio. read more

I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabtes a few years back, and this pharmacy has been so helpful. They're very sweet and take their time while on the phone with me. When i go inside to pick up they always make sure i have everything i need. I ran out of insulin a while back and my doctor was sending over my prescription but they gave me insulin to get by in the mean time. Very compassionate staff. read more

I went into Walgreens this morning w/ my 3 yr. old and 3 month yr. old to grab baby formula before work. I never take them to the store together because any parent of 2 or more can imagine its a handful. I placed my 3 month year old in the cart and had my 3 yr. old walk along side of me. He got excited to see a nerf toy they had in the store and started running towards it. As he turned around he tripped over my flip flop and fell to the floor. I immediately stopped everything picked him up and consoled him. The lady behind the counter stands up and yells OMGGGGGGG and yells for a manager. The manager runs up asks if he is ok and I said yes he just tripped over my shoe. This lady at the registered glared at me like I intentionally tripped my child. I walked up to the register I told her what happened and she ignored me . I've never been so disgusted and appalled by someone's actions . She was the rudest most foal women I've ever came into contact in my life. Everything inside of me wanted to tell her off but I held it together. I was so embarrassed on how she acted . I've been going to this Walgreens for years now and I'll never go back there. I'll be sure to tell my friends and family the same. As for that jerk lady I hope you get fired. read more
