I've had a few issues getting things covered with an out of state prescription under my new medical plan but they've been able to get it fixed. It really depends on who's working. Some of the staff seem more willing and able to help than others. When I had some minor outpatient surgery last month my doctor sent over three scripts and they were filled by that same evening. I was impressed with that and hopefully things continue to go smoothly.

Now in almost want to switch pharmacy's and become a CVS member again! Keep up the great work and keep the current great employees around and credit them for improving customer care!

We were forced into Walgreens when Rite Aid closed and the service has been awful the entire time…read more I understand they probably doubled their pharmacy load, but Rite Aid used to have 2-4 employees working in the pharmacy and every time I am waiting at Walgreens, there are at least eight employees, so the workload should be covered. They will tell you a date your pills will be available, and if there is an issue, they are clueless and do not look into it or let you know until you reach out after the time has passed. Yet if your prescription is ready, be prepared for a phone call, text, and email daily until you pick it up. We went to pick up a refrigerated prescription which was in a bin at room temperature and the pharmacist said it was fine when the prescription specifically says to keep refrigerated. Also, the entire pharmacy closes at lunch time from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. You cannot drop anything off or ask a question. Not sure why, with so many people on staff, they cannot do a lunch break rotation like every other company in the world.

Worst pharmacy ever! DO NOT COME HERE! You will be made to wait days for important prescriptions…read morethat literally take only 10 minutes to fill. The pure laziness of the 5 pharmacy employees is shocking. Not sure what they are actually doing every day if not their work. They keep telling you to come later to pick up a prescription only for you to come later and it still not be ready. How many times can you do that to actually sick people? Do you really want them to keep coming back over and over again and coughing throughout the store? After finally complaining and making a fuss is when they tell you to wait 30 minutes and then having it ready in 10. Just close the pharmacy if you don't want to help people.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. There's always some sort of problem…read more They are constantly not filling my prescriptions unless I call and request that I do actually want to get the prescription. Okay? So when my doctor sends in the prescription, y'all decide that you just won't fill it? Weird. The first time I went there, the pharmacist refused to come near the register when I was standing and decided she need to stand at a computer 15ft away. I wanted to know how much the prescription would cost. My insurance just switched so I wanted to determine which pharmacy is the least expensive. I also had a prescription savings card that she just could not understand. I tried to explain it to her, she kept telling me I was wrong. I would ask her questions, she refused to answer. I asked her the price difference between a 30 day supply and a 90 day supply, she would tell me that my insurance might not cover that (which I knew wasn't true). I just wanted to know the cost. But she just would not answer. Ridiculous. The medication I take is very expensive. Without fail, every single time, the person helping me grills me about the cost. And I would appreciate that if they were asking in way that was like "I just want to make sure you are aware of the cost...?" But instead it's a whole bunch of attitude about how "don't actually need us to fill this because it's way too expensive". I know it's expensive. I need it. What am I supposed to do? If you were kindly asking out of concern or trying to let me know to make sure I knew, that would be great. But giving me attitude? Please stop. I'm not thrilled about the price either. At least be nice about it???? If you can, avoid at all costs.
