By accident my prescription was sent to this location and I decided to keep this location as my main pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff seem to be mostly competent. I've had a few issues getting things covered with an out of state prescription under my new medical plan but they've been able to get it fixed. It really depends on who's working. Some of the staff seem more willing and able to help than others. When I had some minor outpatient surgery last month my doctor sent over three scripts and they were filled by that same evening. This location has really improved from the Pharmacy team and the employee sticking the shelves helping me find some weird soap that my gramma needed, to the super cashier Dominique up front taking the extra steps that I've never had any employee offer to check the pharmacy receipt to see if any coupons applied on my final purchases with her! Before yesterday I really wanted my gramma to switch pharmacy's due to the stiff, inhibiting behavior from the previous employees. I've been going here for 5 years and this is the best CVS store in the area. The employees are all so nice.

If I could have given this store location, no stars trust me it would've been a negative anyways, I do DoorDash,not typically in the area of 10 mile and Ryan due to the obvious reasons, but either way I did one tonight and my DoorDash order took me to CVS at 10 mile and Ryan for a number of items to shopped for, paid for and then delivered by yours truly. Anyways, I walked into the store at about 2:50 AM getting ready to shop this big order and there's no shopping carts, there's no baskets,there's literally nothing in the store??! I asked the cashier where a basket or shopping cart was, only for her to look at me square in my face and tell me "we do not allow shopping carts or baskets on the night shift. Excuse me, so how am I supposed to go shop for all of these items??? Her answer to me was I could just bring them up to the counter and then go back and continue to shop!!!!!!‍ I cannot even make this sh*t up.the look on my face. had to of said it all lol. I'm on a timer first of all, second of all it's all grocery items that I'm having to shop, for third of all why would I walk back-and-forth through the store multiple times to bring my stuff up to the register since I can't carry everything at once??. Why am I not able to use a shopping cart?? I always receive friendly service here. They have late hours, are always helpful, and fast. Sometimes the drive-thru has long lines, but they're still pretty fast getting you in and out. They must've made some staffing changes since last year because the service was THE WORST, and I ended up switching pharmacies but recently the past 6 months came back. I can definitely tell the difference and I'm glad they hired more professional staff. Permanently switched back! They are 24 hours in store. The pharmacy is open late but not 24 hours, which would be great. read more

10pm. Damon at the pharmacy counter took it upon himself to break through where I gave up on applying for a $10 co-pay for my prescription. A wonderful, service oriented gentlemen who would not give up even after I did saving me $102 on my prescription. Service and care like that is seldom experienced. Two stars because I've been going to this CVS for nearly 20 years (right around the corner from my place). But there's this short darker indian/bengali guy who is either incompetent or has an attitude problem. I called and followed the automated prompt for a refill. It told me that the order would by ready by 1pm (I was out of the medication completely, so I selected the expedite option). I realized afterward that the bottle showed "0" refills left for this Rx. Anyway, I reach there because it told me it would be ready, and the guy tells me that he doesn't see it in the system. I told him I realized that the bottle shows zero refills, but it let me complete the order and said it would be ready by 1pm. I said I have the bottle, would I be able to get a few for the weekend since it's a med I'm on for lifetime. He asked the pharmacist, who said it's fine. Dude doesn't say a thing, pushes the drawer thing out so hard, so I could put the bottle, I put it, and he slams it back in super hard. Then he comes back, pushes the drawer out super hard and just looks at me. Doesn't say anything. Me: "All set?" Him, just keeps glaring. I drove off.... He gave just enough for Saturday and Sunday, mind you, these are morning doses, so I basically didn't have anything for today (Monday). read more

The Customer service at the pharmacy is horrible.You guys must've been hired during the pandemic with no experience whatsoever and whoever is in charge need to take charge run it like a open door pharmacy and not treat it like a closed door pharmacy because CVS is definitely not that and requires customer interaction and this pharmacy lacks that experience totally read more

How the cashiers at this location still have jobs amazes me. I will literally drive any distance to NOT go to this location Awful customer service, bad attitudes, and grumpy women - they are as helpful as wet clothes - price on the shelf says $3.49 register says $6.79. One of the managers by the name of Janice has a terrible attitude every time I come in while she's working. It's never pleasant.

This pharmacy has become awful to deal with. One of the female pharmacists treats the patients/customers horribly. Very rude, does not listen to Doctors orders. Makes up her own. Does not care about patients issues or needs. Definitely worth driving 2 miles away then to deal with someone like that. read more

I work in the area and often stop here. In the past two weeks I had two bad experiences. The first, a black cashier starts talking out loud how "white man's keeping us down" to another customer. The second was one a girl working at the pharmacy starts talking about how she hates Trump, so loud that I can hear her from the allergy aisle. KEEP YOUR OPINIONS TO YOURSELF you are supposed to be working in a professional setting. I will not be back to this pharmacy. read more

I brought a 2 litter coke price of 2.39and 10c bottle deposit on 6 June night time and went home ..next day I realized coke is expired for the day ..so I went to store to exchange it but the person name Janice (later said she is the manager)refund me 1.60c because I didn't bring receipt with me ..I told her I lost it and able to show her my credit card purchased on phone ..she demand the receipt but next found it and took it to her she denied to give full refund...what kind of policy they have without receipt half price return..even tho she can check camera...worse manager customer service ever.. read more

Drive a mile out if the way to avoid this Hell-hole. I've lived near this CVS for a long time and went there for only the second time ever (the first time was awful enough that I swore I'd never return- because of the same manager I had to deal with again.) The manager that works there keeps customers away. He is rude and mean for no apparent reason. When I asked if I could use a coupon there, he asked me if I was on crack. Yeah, seriously. He meant it. I said, excuse me, I was just wondering? He laughed in my face, then told the girl at the register to get back to work and not bother him again with stupid shit. I sincerely hope he loses his job.
