Today Wednesday April 8th, I have decided to update my past review in order to assist and help a…read morelocal business in my area due to COVID-19. *Currently inside this location is "6 feet distance" at the front and back check out areas. Also health is protected with plastic shields at counters when paying for prescriptions or food. This CVS store has been my GO-TO and pharmacy location for many years. I can stop, check-in and shop here daily or a few times weekly but mostly every Sunday :-) Either way my total proof is 96 check-ins as of today! Debbie the floor manager when I see her, is busy working hard stocking shelves or changing price tags for an upcoming sale. She will stop and say Hello to greet me or other customers walking by. This store is always clean and organized on a regular basis level for weekly and holiday sales. Mike is the new pharmacist in charge and has a great staff assisting him with orders by phone, automatic refill or walk ins. If you need a medical question answered? Anyone here is highly qualified. I have always been happy and satisfied with their automatic refill system & the newest "cell phone App". The whole team here shows polite customer service with my walk in visits or my phone calls. I am in the CVS rewards program which shows I can save money and also receive many weekly or monthly bonus points for high percentage coupons. (Many photos are attached I'm sure) The new program offered is their monthly "Care Pass" in which I receive $10.00 to use for store purchases. It's wonderful to know when I walk in this store and visit the pharmacy in the back area to see #1 employees Mike, Laura, Dan working. At times one or two college students who are interns will be training with the pharmacist as well. "Cara, Amy, Elizabeth" work the front counter registers when walking in the store. No matter what hour of the day, employees here are courteous to look up from their jobs with a happy smile and say Hello. Of course they know ME as a cheerful and faithful shopping customer. They always show me a pleasant and positive attitude while performing their busy pharmaceutical or check out jobs. I asked an associate what to do and he rudely pointed to a blank parking spot and said "There's one right there.", in a snarky attitude. Me, as well as, another customers had to move cones out of spots, with numbers, that way we can actually pick up our order. You can't even address in the app that "I've arrived" without giving a spot number. Without a spot number I don't get my order. I feel like his attitude and treatment was extremely unnecessary and not welcome.

Some plants had last years price on the tag, but when going through checkout, the new price was charged. It was cheaper, so it wasn't an issue. Prices are good at this store and many other Walmarts because they reduce the price of seasonal items they want to get rid of, in addition to their regular low, everyday price.

On June 29, I received an online notification that only 15 capsules were ready. I called the pharmacy at 5:18 PM and was told the online portal was incorrect -- that the full 270 capsules were ready for pickup. When I went to the pharmacy on July 3, I waited 10 minutes in line, only to have the pharmacy tech unable to find the prescription. She brought in the pharmacist, Mary, who said it was ready and asked me to take a seat while she retrieved it. After waiting another 18 minutes, it became obvious that the prescription was not ready at all. I approached the counter to express my frustration, and instead of listening, Mary repeatedly talked over me and wouldn't let me speak. When I finally managed to get a word in, she told me she "wasn't going to listen" and walked away down an aisle -- clearly avoiding the conversation. Before leaving, she had the audacity to tell me to transfer all of my prescriptions away from Walgreens. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful -- especially from someone responsible for handling patients' medications. I've been a loyal Walgreens customer, but after this outrageous experience, I am seriously considering transferring all of my prescriptions to a pharmacy that values accuracy, accountability, and basic customer respect.

I supply them with the information for my insurance, they stated no problem and hang up with me. They proceeded to close the gate on my spouse with no explanation. When I arrive a few minutes later, they say they are closed and the insurance only covers the generic so they have to redo it. They never once expressed this information until I arrived upset about their handling of the situation. They never once apologized or showed any empathy. They dismissed me and I was left with no help. I will never come here again for service for any of my family. Due to this interaction, I will never shop here again either. Meijer is more polite and customer service oriented. I also know that even my review will garner no apology from management or otherwise.

The…read morepharmacist will treat you like a drug seeker and will question the quantity of the prescription your doctor has prescribed; he will express his personal opinion that it's a large quantity in a very judgmental tone without even knowing your medical background and why the medication is appropriate for you. Unlike every other pharmacy that allows you to pick-up your medication at 28 days, he makes you wait a full 30 days and speaks to you in a very condescending manner. I suffer from Lupus, Psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. I am under the care of a Rheumatologist, Primary care physician and a chronic pain doctor. I have been under their care for almost 20 years. My 3rd month of attempting to get my medication filled, the pharmacist called and told me that he was out of my medication and had no idea when he would get any supply restocked. It's bad enough to try to hold a full-time job, take care of my kids and get through the day with these conditions, I don't need to be made to feel like a criminal by a uncompassionate pharmacist who on top of that feels it's appropriate to withhold my medications. Just awful
