On June 29, I received an online notification that only 15 capsules were ready. I called the pharmacy at 5:18 PM and was told the online portal was incorrect -- that the full 270 capsules were ready for pickup. When I went to the pharmacy on July 3, I waited 10 minutes in line, only to have the pharmacy tech unable to find the prescription. She brought in the pharmacist, Mary, who said it was ready and asked me to take a seat while she retrieved it. After waiting another 18 minutes, it became obvious that the prescription was not ready at all. I approached the counter to express my frustration, and instead of listening, Mary repeatedly talked over me and wouldn't let me speak. When I finally managed to get a word in, she told me she "wasn't going to listen" and walked away down an aisle -- clearly avoiding the conversation. Before leaving, she had the audacity to tell me to transfer all of my prescriptions away from Walgreens. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful -- especially from someone responsible for handling patients' medications. I've been a loyal Walgreens customer, but after this outrageous experience, I am seriously considering transferring all of my prescriptions to a pharmacy that values accuracy, accountability, and basic customer respect.

I gotta give a special shoutout to the GM. My wife sent me in with a laundry list of women's products to buy (and a few product pics). He noticed I was dazed and confused and approached me to see if I needed help. I guess it was pretty obvious cause he laterally took the list and my phone and told me to grab a basket and meet him in aisle whatever. He even had me text my wife for clarification a few times. There's not a lot, or enough, above and beyond these days but he provided me a shopping experience I will never forget.

Also they were unable to fill 90 day prescriptions for me. They did suggest that I call my insurance, so I did. I found that there were four other close pharmacies that would fill 90 day prescriptions for me and this will save me a lot of money. For example, my insurance company told me that a 30 supply of one of my meds would cost me $15/30 days at CVS, which would be $45/90 days. If I go to Rite Aid, Kroger, or another local pharmacy I could get a 90 day refill and it would only cost me $30/90 day prescription.

Also health is protected with plastic shields at counters when paying for prescriptions or food. This CVS store has been my GO-TO and pharmacy location for many years. I can stop, check-in and shop here daily or a few times weekly but mostly every Sunday :-) Either way my total proof is 96 check-ins as of today! Debbie the floor manager when I see her, is busy working hard stocking shelves or changing price tags for an upcoming sale. She will stop and say Hello to greet me or other customers walking by. This store is always clean and organized on a regular basis level for weekly and holiday sales. Mike is the new pharmacist in charge and has a great staff assisting him with orders by phone, automatic refill or walk ins. If you need a medical question answered? Anyone here is highly qualified. I have always been happy and satisfied with their automatic refill system & the newest "cell phone App". The whole team here shows polite customer service with my walk in visits or my phone calls. I am in the CVS rewards program which shows I can save money and also receive many weekly or monthly bonus points for high percentage coupons. (Many photos are attached I'm sure) The new program offered is their monthly "Care Pass" in which I receive $10.00 to use for store purchases. It's wonderful to know when I walk in this store and visit the pharmacy in the back area to see #1 employees Mike, Laura, Dan working. At times one or two college students who are interns will be training with the pharmacist as well. "Cara, Amy, Elizabeth" work the front counter registers when walking in the store. No matter what hour of the day, employees here are courteous to look up from their jobs with a happy smile and say Hello. Of course they know ME as a cheerful and faithful shopping customer. They always show me a pleasant and positive attitude while performing their busy pharmaceutical or check out jobs. I hope my updated and new review today shows that I am proud to support my favorite and local CVS in many ways !!

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever had to use. I was transferred here by my doctor…read moreafter my local Rite Aid closed. I had nothing but issues until I went to a small local pharmacy. This Walgreens was constantly out of very normal medications that no other pharmacy has ever had an issue getting in stock. They would also never tell me if something was out of stock so I could go days or weeks without being notified. Their text system never worked properly either. It would sometimes alert me that a prescription was filled. However this was normally incorrect. I would finally get notified that a prescription was ready and I would drive over half an hour and they would tell me it would still be another 45 minutes and to pull around and just sit and wait. Leaving this Walgreens was the best decision. I am so much less stressed about my meds now that I go to a local pharmacy. The local pharmacy also answers the phone when you call instead of sitting through 15 minutes of robot phone menus.

This refers to the pharmacy portion…read more Absolute trash service in the drive thru every single time. Workers regularly take 20+ minutes to get to you even after you're at the window. I wish I was kidding, but I've timed it multiple times. Sometimes the lines are so long I leave and have to return at a different time because they take so long. Probably will change my prescriptions to a different CVS or another pharmacy altogether.

I drove cross town for a minute clinic appointment for a covid test, it had to be scheduled online…read moreonly. I needed a quick test for an outpatient procedure. I had a 6:20pm appointment tonight. Arrived at 6:10pm. Drove over 35 minutes to get to this location since we could get in for a late appointment. Received and email and text updates to come inside and sign in at the kiosk. My husband spoke to the woman at the minute clinic. She informed us that the covid test is only done at the pharmacy and they were done for the day. I said we scheduled it online at CVS, specifically for Covid, she was nice and apologetic and suggested other urgent cares nearby. All were closed for the evening. I appreciate that the staff helped me but CVS needs to update their online Covid scheduling if they can't fulfill their appointment on their end. How irksome to have to drive cross town and through traffic when the online Covid appointment is a ruse. Poorly done!
