This refers to the pharmacy portion. Absolute trash service in the drive thru every single time. Workers regularly take 20+ minutes to get to you even after you're at the window. I wish I was kidding, but I've timed it multiple times. Sometimes the lines are so long I leave and have to return at a different time because they take so long. Probably will change my prescriptions to a different CVS or another pharmacy altogether. read more

I utilized the delivery option for my rx. I received an email that my rx was delivered 12/6 to my residence, however, there was nothing in my mailbox. I called and spoke to the pharmacist Saturday 12/10 who said she would look into it and call me back. She did not call me back as promised. I called back Sunday and spoke to her again, she said the manager would call me back. The manager never called me. I then went into the store personally Monday, 12/12 and the pharmacist was visibly annoyed with me and my issue. She said the manager will call you today, if he doesn't call up here before 8:00 p.m. He in fact did NOT call me so I called there. He was not helpful and said the medication was delivered so there's nothing we can do. He asked me to talk to my neighbors or post on a community site to track down my rx that I am now out of. I had to call my dr. for an refill and pay for my script again. Your staff handled this poorly. read more

I don't normally visit CVS store. I think they are just way too over priced, even with my awesome coupon skills, I've never been a fan. With that said, I was here because my husband had received a great $10 off $30 coupon when he purchased bottle of Tito's previously at CVS. This was unreal. A $10 off $30 purchase given to us for purchasing a bottle of liquor. The coupon Gods we're smiling on me! I ended up at this location because I realized that my coupon expires that day. Use it or lose it! So here I was. It was days before Easter Sunday and I figured if nothing less I would purchase a few Beanie Boos to fill my kids Easter baskets. I grabbed a shopping basket upon entering and noted the same old tiny, cheap shopping carts. You can sit your child in the seat but only if your child is um, a baby doll. The seat is so tiny and ill fitting, how can a real human sit in these seats?? Thank goodness mine can walk. My son always wants to sit in the shopping cart seats- but not today! Even if he could get in it- I feared I might not get him out! I browsed every isle of the store. Because that's what I do. If I'm going to review a place I wana do the walk. They had a everything you could possibly need in a pinch. I noticed that the makeup department was pretty much null and void. Not sure if that's the normal or if they were getting to do model or something but the makeup department was pretty nonexistent. All other departments were filled shelves. Prices seem higher than most stores and this is mostly why I don't frequent CVS. Even their store brands are higher than everyone else. Ok so I made it to the Easter stuff. And we, my twins and I had Fun! The giant yellow bunny was awesome! I picked out 4 Beanie Boos for my kids baskets. While my kids were occupied in the Easter isle I quickly ran my purchase to the counter and threw them behind the counter. I grabbed a few 12 packs of Diet Coke for the hubby and a few other things and went to check out. The lady at the register was confused, I'm not going to lie. I was trying to tell her that the items in the floor by her feet were my items, and that they were for my kids Easter's baskets, who were here with me. After a quick minute she was on the same page with me. And from here out it was hysterically awesome! Ms. Donna, I think that was her name, well she was awesome!! She secretly rang up my Beanie Boos and then she double bagged them!! First in a brown bag, then in a handled plastic bag. She was super stealth mode and it was great! She rang up all my items, took my coupons and cashed out. She handed me my bags incognito style and I felt like the "The Transporter" ....if only I had my husbands Audi. I got what I want, saved $10 and the employee made me giggle. This day was 4 Stars. It was my 1st and only visit. read more

My doctor called in a prescription for me, my husband picked it up for me. It was the wrong prescription! My doctor was horrified when I called them to inquire! It wasn't a "generic" blunder, it was the complete wrong medication that had nothing to do with my medical condition. The saddest part is when I went to return the mistake the sales associate/possibly the pharmacist was rude, condescending and definitely not apologetic for the mistake! Returning the wrong prescription turned out to be another nightmare. My husband wasn't present, they needed his credit card to refund the money, I needed the receipt!?! The worst pharmacy in North America. The staff are lazy and incompetent. On multiple occasions, my doctor has called in a prescription and, hours later, I call the pharmacy and the staff lied to my face, saying that the prescription was never called in. I called my doctor again. He told me that he had called it in personally, and gave me the name of the man he talked to. I called again, and asked for that man, asking him for the prescription. He told me, again, that the prescription was never called in. Out of sheer laziness, they lied to me about vital medical supplies that I needed for my sick mother. This happened twice in the span of a week as my mother was recovering from a major surgery and complications from that surgery. I had to call my doctor on CHRISTMAS EVE to make sure that he did what he said he would do, because of their laziness. Another time, they filled a prescription for me, but as I was picking it up and they had it in their hands, they told me that if I waited three days, my insurance would cover the full cost of the pills. These pills weren't vital, so I waited. Three days later, I went to the pharmacy, then they told me that they had never heard of that prescription. When I complained, they suddenly remembered, then gave me some cock-and-bull story about having to call ahead(which they never mentioned before) and wait an hour. I complained further, then all of a sudden, the pills magically appeared and they gave them to me. They don't treat you like a costumer. You're some sort of fatty appendage to them. If Basil Fawlty ran a pharmacy, it would be the 24 & Van Dyke CVS. In fact, that's what it felt like. It felt like I had wandered onto the set of a pharmacy-themed sitcom, revolving around a staff so lazy they don't even care about making money if it cuts into their sitting-around time. This pharmacy made me so angry, I am writing this review on Christmas Day rather than spending it with my family. I am now taking my business to a nearby CVS, where I encounter no problems.
