This may be the single slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Both the drive through and the Inside take way way way to long. its painful

Raven and the pharmacy staff have been outstanding to me and my wife. Beyond their professionalism they always remember our names and have us pulled up in their system as they see us coming. I gotta give a special shoutout to the GM. My wife sent me in with a laundry list of women's products to buy (and a few product pics). He noticed I was dazed and confused and approached me to see if I needed help. I guess it was pretty obvious cause he laterally took the list and my phone and told me to grab a basket and meet him in aisle whatever. He even had me text my wife for clarification a few times. There's not a lot, or enough, above and beyond these days but he provided me a shopping experience I will never forget. read more

Never in my whole life have I ever dealt with a more disorganized pharmacy. My prescriptions were transferred here when Rite Aid closed. I can honestly say not a single prescription here has been filled properly, on time or without a long delay (days) waiting for it to be rectified. Today I attempted to pick up a prescription that I filled two days ago on the automated phone refill option. My prescription was verified and I was told it would be ready today. When I arrived at the pharmacy, AGAIN, my prescription was not ready and could not be found and I was told it expired ( which it hasn't). I reiterated to the technician that it was approved for refill and I was told it would be ready today on the automated refill telephone line. The technician informed me that "using the automated line" is why my prescription was not filled. Someone PLEASE explain to me why a business has an automated line if they don't manage it properly. This place is truly a MESS. I seriously CANNOT recommend this disorganized wreck of a pharmacy. read more

This is the 3rd time that this pharmacy has told me a pick up time and then they aren't ready!! To make matters worse they act totally clueless and stare back at you blankly!! Both the in-store counter and drive through are horrible, so it doesn't matter which you choose to use. The best is when they fill the wrong prescriptions after double checking on the phone when placing the refill....I am not confident they know what they're doing or that they are filling the correct medications at this point and we WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY!!! read more

very disappointed with this store...often have to wait several days for a medication I get every month but they won't stock?...most of the people that work in the pharmacy are very nice and helpful even though there's toooo long of a wait or there computers are down again ugh!!! I hate wasting a trip ...there is one exception in the pharmacy a morbidly obese girl who sometimes has pink hair and delights in politely (passive aggressive) talking about customers in front of the customers and often refuses to send my prescriptions thru the drive thru making me come into the store for meds the other (very nice) girls send thru the tube...almost always on a rainy snowy night...repeated complaints to corporate have no effect they obviously don't care how there customers are being treated... maybe this is why there stock price has plummeted so low there being acquired by another co...unfortunatly one bad apple seems to be ruining this store....I'd would't recommend this store for those reasons ...give someone else a try..someplace that really cares about customer service read more

Ugh, where do I start? As a customer for 20 years here, this pharmacy has issues and I'm currently switching medication to a new pharmacy and Amazon. I only needed this one for meds that can't be mailed out. But they screw stuff up ALL the time! Today, I was on the phone from 9am-11am between pharmacy, my insurance company, and Paxlovid (I needed to get some voucher to pay for Covid 19 meds). When I called the pharmacy after being "sticker shocked at Paxlovid cost of 1600!!!" I said something was wrong. Pharmacist seemed like she didn't know, but said there was a number to call and they will call it, I said ok. Then Paxlovid called me, stating I needed to enroll in "financial assistance" I said no, I'm not paying for this. I hung up. Then called my insurance (to find out that the pharmacy didn't run it through my insurance)! Insurance tried to call pharmacy while I was on the phone. The insurance company held for 25 minutes on the phone! Insurance said it's covered , 423.00 left the amount owed. The insurance company explained properly what I needed to do to enroll to get a voucher from Paxlovid- different then "financial assistance" where I would still pay on it do I thought. This process took 2 hours, I'm sick! So, I get to pharmacy. I decide to go inside, needed a couple things. There was a car at the drive through. There was me standing in line for 10 minutes while pharmacist was assisting a delivery guy with bins. There were 3 pharmacists there, anyone one of them could have taken me and the car outside!! But they were ignoring. The pharmacist unloading bins, was rude to me, asked another pharmacists to take care of the car outside- then the guy behind me was pushy and rude "I just want to pick up my meds" so she took him before me!! I was having an issue because I had asked her if than ran my insurance card for the prednisone. She said (without looking) that they didn't have it, when I know for a FACT they did! Then she said she "found it" and had to re-ring the sale up. How is this MY fault?? I was so confused (sick with covid) that I was using the wrong card- my bad but figured it out in a minute, pushy guy behind me and what were the other 2 pharmacists doing? Shaking my head! What a debacle! If I didn't get involved, what would have happened? So, please check, check, check again that they are running insurance cards, you have the right meds, and pricing! Bye Walgreens! I have been using this pharmacy for myself and my mothers medications for about a year now and have always been pleased with my service. Not only are they always pleasant, but they recognize that I am always there picking up for both of us and always ask how she is doing. read more

If I could give the pharmacy here no stars I would. I've been here twice and both times have been horrible. I've never been the one to have prescriptions so the first time going here I wasn't sure what to do, I went thru the drive thru and said I was there to pick up a prescription and the lady was like okay. And then just stared at me as I'm staring back like okay wtf then very rudely she's like so what's your name just so nasty and I'm like oh I'm sorry I didn't know. Then the second time going was today and I went thru the drive thru again, I was there 8 minutes after they opened. Waiting for 32 minutes !!! In line while more cars kept pulling up as well. Never even got my prescription I need for my pregnancy because I got irritated and just drove off. Couldn't even come and say hey sorry we are running a little behind I'll be right with you. This place sucks. Thanks for nothing. read more

Its a great place to shop the store is organized and the staff are all helpful. they are all nice when I shop there.

Found this pharmacy listed as "pharmacy 24 hour". Unfortunately they don't seem to consider Sunday morning 9:00 to be one of those 24 hours.

Pharmacists are EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all. One of the techs had a horrible attitude towards me because I was unaware of the time frame in which my insurance would allow me to fill a prescription, I only asked a simple question. This Walgreen's pharmacy lost my business to the Meijer Pharmacy across the street after multiple unpleasant experiences in-person and on the phone. read more

This store used to be better and, although their pharmacy has very poor service and has employees who are jaw-dropping rude , was a decent place to shop for other items. The pharmacy has, at least twice, bungled forms for the insurance and has actually lost important prescription information. In addition, one tires of the consistently brusque and dismissive attitude. Now the rude attitude appears to be affecting the remainder of the store's employees.. Their prices are some of the highest in the neighborhood. It is major sticker shock. I never go there for anything now and never shall unless I have no other option. read more
