This location is my go to or stop in on my way home from I-94 eastbound. Today on Sunday this location was almost finished with their remodeling and reorganization of the store. The new carpet squares came out great. Hope it stays down and clean. I cashed in my 25% off coupon on my ExtraCare rewards Card from last month's purchases. I bought a 3 pack of Covergirl eye shadow. Their sale was buy 1 get 1 for 50% off. You know it...I went for the bargain sale. I bought 2 different color packs. By Using my 25% off coupon saved me $2.60 on one item. At check out was a young guy named "Angelo", who was cheerful, pleasant and an efficient employee. Glad this location is here ( FYI: it's 2 miles down the road from another great CVS location ) *Grin* THIS LOCATION IS OPEN 24 HOURS for store only not pharmacy. The store is on 21 Mile Road at Card Rd. read more

CVS Pharmacy - 1ST TIP = ME :) - Drugstores Near Me - Macomb, Michigan

I've relied on CVS for my prescriptions, but this recent experience was shocking. The app said I needed pre-authorization, but my doctor confirmed there wasn't any issue. When I called the pharmacy, they didn't clarify why my medication wasn't refilled--they said I had a 90-day last time and only a 30-day on file. I asked for the 30 days, but the conversation escalated. The pharmacist, Alan, hung up on me. When I arrived in person, he called the cops claiming I was threatening, which I wasn't. I was told to take my prescriptions elsewhere. This was distressing, and I'm deeply disappointed by this treatment. read more

I have been going here for over 15 years, and the service has always been good. Would not change my pharmacy.

Unprofessional and rude. Go somewhere else if you can. The cashiers just do not have common sense. I am done with CVS, especially this location. read more

This CVS is a newer CVS than what I usually go to. Everything was well stocked, the workers asked if I needed any help. What can I say? It is a good CVS store to go to if you need medicine, or any other type of incidentals, except for cigarettes - yay CVS who no longer sells these cancer sticks! On the radio this morning I heard where your co-pay may go up if you fill or renew your prescriptions where they carry tobacco products. So, this is another incentive to go to CVS! read more

This location is the worst! I was put on hold 3 times just trying to get a prescription filled. Then, I asked about the price and she says to bring in my insurance card when I come in. I told her I want to give the info over the phone so I know what the cost is. I was put on hold several more times. They finally took my information and tried to charge me more than my insurance coverage price! When I questioned them, they were rude and unable to explain their pricing. Stay away from this location. I've never had such a poor experience at a CVS pharmacy read more

Worst and rudest pharmacy ever. The claim my dr did send in RX. But I was standing at dr office and received a confirmation it was received. I went to pick it up after pharmacist said it would be ready and was told they never received the RX and I had no refills. The pharmacist yelled at me because they made the mistake and I was taking up her time read more

Another great CVS in the chain! This is my 'other' CVS, but it's just as nice as the other, other one I go to. The staff here is cool and they have a large freezer case that has a bunch of goodies I am destined to eat all of eventually. Decent beer and wine selection and a great selection of cards, be they phone cards, gift cards, or birthday cards, whateva! It's also close to the Kroger so that helps immensely with their popularity for me. read more

This CVS is very awesome! It's in a nice area, the employees are very nice, and I am able to print my photos very quickly without any trouble as I can get it done in less than 5 minutes unlike other stores that make you wait 15-30 minutes for your photos to develop (Walgreen's). Photos are also very cheap at around $0.32 per photo so I can print as many Family Pictures and pictures of Ken Bone as I want for a cheap cost! Some drinks seem a tad more expensive here than at other stores but that's hardly a problem. All in all I enjoy my time coming here for cheap photos! read more

CVS Pharmacy - CVS can print photos wicked fast (aka in a matter of seconds) I enjoy being able to get in and out with my photos develop in 10 minutes - Drugstores Near Me - Macomb, Michigan

I dropped off a prescription inside and was told 20-25 minutes, I came back after 30 minutes and was told it would be another 20 minutes. My daughter and I browsed the store and left after it still not being ready after 30 more minutes went by. We went to the drive thru for the 4th attempt after being promised it would be ready almost 2 hours prior and we weren't acknowledged for 15 minutes and 4 button pushes at the drive thru. There were 4 cars behind us too. It's rare that my prescription is ready there at the promised time no matter the day or time but this time really tops it all. read more

Ahhh.... I finally found a drug store that I dont have to wait 3 hrs just to get some medication for my kids. The only drawback is the guy working inside the pharmacy looks like "the situation" from jersey shore. read more

I came to this CVS a few days after Christmas. Now before I give my review its important that I state, I am a single mom of one. I also recently gained temporary custody of my two nephews both under the age of 10, and one has severe allergies. On the 27th, I came in with a few rain checks. Now when the items were on sale I had manufacturers coupons as well that have since expired. I went in to CVS to buy the laundry detergent, ALL FREE AND CLEAR. Since my youngest is allergic to most other detergents. The raincheck was for 4 of the detergents. FOUR!! I only had enough money to buy 2 at the time. The sweet young lady that rang me up was just about to issue another rain check for the other 2 items. Then Mr. Bill Allen I am assuming he is the manager, very crudely tells me "well if we did that then you would be getting the sale price forever. I said "I'm sorry I don't have enough money for all four". He said well that's not how it works. I again informed him it was because I didn't have enough money for all four. Now let's be honest "the sale price forever? Really!?? The rain check was for 4 items!!!!!! I ended up telling him he didn't have to be such a jerk about it and make me feel like he was totally judging me (I wasn't all fancy and done up I was in my cleaning clothes as I was doing the kids laundry so I totally felt like he was judging me by my appearance. His curt reply was "I must have missed that part"!!! Wowwww!!!! I may have looked like a mess but I am employed and have a career! I wasn't looking for a way to get over on anyone as I am an honest person! CVS is right on the corner of my house so I frequent it often. I get it rules are in place to prevent chaos, there are rules every where we go. But managers are put in place to make executive decisions. Not to make customers feel like they are beneath them! I have truly never witnessed such a pompous person. I ended up going to Walgreens and gladly paid the full price because well I was treated with respect! Thanks a lot CVS! UPDATE: I was contacted by the regional manager of this CVS who apologized and stated he would "investigate" the above incident. After our conversation I felt hopeful as I felt the right thing to do was for the store manager to apologize to me for belittling me in front of other customers. I was assured I would receive a call from the store manager apologizing. It's been exactly ONE WEEK, since the regional manager contacted me and I have yet to hear from the store manager. I called the regional office today to let them know I have not had any follow up. I'm sure the store manager isn't so busy that a quick phone call to a long time customer couldn't have been made. I was hopeful as I was hoping all would be well and would be returning as a customer. This was definitely the icing in the cake. A full week and all I asked for was an apology No call no attempts I am sure CVS doesn't care about losing my business but I will be sure to make it a point to go else where. read more

Tradeoffs: We normally go to fill our prescriptions in the wee hours of the morning before rush hour because it is quiet and peaceful inside. I'd take my toddler girl and she helps me check off things on our list. We like going to visit Tomi because she's really nice and loves kids. She is a very sweet brunette haired lady who is always nice to everyone. She always greets you with a smile and she knows most people by name because she's just wonderful like that. If we are unlucky and happen to go there at night or like we were this morning with an unexpected sighting of Ashley, we say a little prayer and hope that Tomi will be there. Ashley is the red headed younger girl with bright blue eye shadow. She is a sloth who never smiles. She's just there to take up space and she gets mad when there are customers in line. She would still do it but she is nasty. She screams at people, gives us dirty looks, and throws money at us. She should be fired but for some unknown reason, she is still there taking up space. Please fire Ashley and keep Tomi! read more
