We were standing in line at the Customer Service desk between 1 and 2 in the afternoon on Friday, 7-17-26 (the employees at the desk were really very nice - and patient, seeing what they have to deal with) but the line was beginning to really pile up. A delightful brunette lady customer asked an older lady-employee with long, blondish-gray hair, wearing a pink t-shirt and glasses about getting another person to help them out. WHAT I WITNESSED WAS SO RUDE - the older lady in a very sarcastic tone talked to this customer (who was only trying to help us) in a very condescending tone that there were already two people at the desk like she was stupid (or a 5 year old), that there was nothing she could do and proceeded to walk off. We were all shocked at the way she addressed this costumer who was polite in asking for help. It wasn't what the employee said, it was how she proceeded to talk to this woman. I tried to get her name and talk to a supervisor, but I didn't see her the rest of my trip so I'm resorting this way of communication. Totally uncool and inappropriate. Many people in the line agreed this employee was really rude!

When I called the pharmacy, they didn't clarify why my medication wasn't refilled--they said I had a 90-day last time and only a 30-day on file. I asked for the 30 days, but the conversation escalated. The pharmacist, Alan, hung up on me. When I arrived in person, he called the cops claiming I was threatening, which I wasn't. I was told to take my prescriptions elsewhere. This was distressing, and I'm deeply disappointed by this treatment.

This location is 2 miles from another CVS store that I shop at but this one is larger and has a Drive-Thru Pharmacy. In the past I also used their drive up COVID testing back in 2019 and 2020 when it was offered which was very healthy convenient! Although My Prescription care coverage has changed to Rite-Aid I shop here when in the area up and down Romeo Plank or driving on 23 Mile Rd. for Reward Receipt Coupons with Care Pass! This location sells beer, wine and liquor and has a instant lottery machine up front near the check-out. There are Two Self- Scan machines to pay for merchandise in a quick Grab & Go busy way. The staff has improved and there's always one or two employees up front to assist at check out with coupons or other needed helpfulness. Did you know CVS Has over 9,800 Stores! This location has also changed their morning hours to 8:00 AM. Photo attached of hours for 7 days a week. This CVS has a Clearance section with markdowns and sometimes in the main entrance area too. I decided to look again and realized they had what I needed in a tiny part of a section. Surprisingly theur price for blood pressure cuff was better than other stores. We looked at many other brands. My boyfriend's doctor recommended the Omron one. Interestingly, when I went inside the medical supply store the lady there suggested this brand too. She said it works the best and is still in people's price range. We did check it out at Meijer, and I said we would get it next time. We went to Walmart randomly for something unrelated when I suggested we get one. We got a series 5 for only $50, which usually a CVS sells a Series 3 for $55. It was $60, but they lowered the price. I compared them to other stores and realized this was the cheapest. We decided to get it. He even tried it out and it works really well. So far it seems accurate. Happy with the purchase and the deal.

They have consistently gone above and beyond to advocate for me when insurance issues arise; ensure that I understand new drugs; and fill my scripts as soon as I need them. And John always takes the time to answer my questions over the phone when I've been prescribed new medication and need assurance about side effects, interactions, etc. They make me feel like family--I am lucky to be so cared for by the staff at Northeast Pharmacy! I've unfortunately moved away to a large city where the market is saturated by corporate pharmacies that simply don't cater to its customers the way a small business like Northeast Pharmacy can. First, I went to the store to drop off my prescription. I was quoted a price from $800-$2000 for…read morethe brace.I was told that medical records would be needed to submit to my insurance company. I followed through and contacted my physician and did my part. I received a phone call to schedule an appointment to be fitted. I asked what the price would be. I was told that I had not yet paid my yearly deductible, I was also told that I did not have coverage for durable medical equipment, which was all wrong information. I was fully aware that I had met the deductible and was now in the 80/20 phase. I was told that further phone calls would need to be made. A few hours later, I received a call back, and she had corrected her information and said I would only owe $87 for the brace. I then scheduled my appointment to be fitted. The day of my appointment, I was told that the brace my doctor prescribed was not ordered and it would take a couple of weeks; however, there was a brace on site that was the same, I agreed to accept the brace. Upon checking out, the price of the back brace was $152, almost double the original quote. I was also told that my Medical records were required to submit to insurance. I informed them that had been done previously, and it should be in the system which they were.I have to wonder how many people that don't ask questions, pay far more out-of-pocket, then they are supposed to. I will not do business with your company again. I had to at least give one star to post this review. Otherwise, I would not give them any.
