My purchase = 2 L'oreal Volume Superstar Primer+ Extended Black Mascara which were on sale even more when I walked in the store. So instead of $10.99, my price was $6.90. MY EYES LIT UP to see the sale sign besides. My free item = 4 ounce bottle of L'oreal Infallible Pro Max extended makeup set spray A big smile on my face when checking out! The employees are plentiful and willing to help. In fact, sometimes you will get 6 employees asking you if you need help while there. Maybe it's a little too much, but at least they aren't short staffed like a lot of places still. The prices are good, and they are consistently running some sale or promotion. The best thing is their rewards program. They are constantly sending coupons to my email. In the last week alone, between my daughter and I, we had 4 coupons to use. One was $3.50 off $15, another was $5 off $10 and 2 coupons for $5 off $20. We used the first 2 coupon and bought $25 worth of products for only $16 and change. Definitely sign up for the rewards program, it worth it. The best thing about Ulta, is that you can try everything before you buy it. They have samples out and disposable applicators for you to try the products before you purchase it. Another great thing, their return policy. Simply keep your receipt. One thing people should realize is that you get what you pay for. This isn't some fancy high end…read moresalon. It is a cheap place to get a haircut fast and easy. We have had many flops and many good cuts. My sister has gone from a higher priced salon to Great Clips right after because they messed up her hair. Great Clips was able to save it and fix it a bit. I come here to just get some hair chopped off when it gets too long and I get split ends. I don't style much. My boyfriend comes here a lot every 4-5 weeks. Every time he has had a different person cut his hair. He has only had one time where it was cut perfect except for the back. They messed it up. Sadly, this was the day of a wedding. I had to quickly fix it because I noticed it. He didn't know about it until I showed him a picture. I mentioned this today and the lady said she was very sorry. She told us that if anything like that happens again yo please come in and they will fix it right up. Because of how easy and fast it is, I am giving it a 3. The reason it isn't a 4 yet is because it can be unreliable, like a wedding or party. He went last minute to get the line in the back fixed and a small trim, only for them to mess it up.
