The location is Space #119 on the map or directory. Their slogan is: "We want you to love your Lush product." Ok I would agree if their prices weren't so high! I have never shopped in here since it opened. I Googled the name and found this nearby location. My need was to buy a luscious scented soap called "Karma" that I received on my Birthday 9/17/18. The scent contains a sweet orange and patchouli. I loved it as a gift from a family member as a mini sample bar with a hair shampoo and conditioner plus a mini hand cream as well. I've never heard of this scent, yet the thoughtful gift idea was very fresh and most comforting. Yes it lasted 6 months for my nightly use on my face, arms and hands with a fresh scent and a soft, smooth feeling before my bedtime. Walking in this small store is overwhelming with different soap products containing different ingredients to produce a unique scent. Although a customer with a tickle nose may experience a sneeze or more with allergies. I took a few photos of the fruit, herbal and sweet flavored soap scents. Soaps are sold by the # ( Pound ) yes, this is their selling policy. I counted 6 female employees working inside ready to assist customers with the many areas of shopping. There are samples, baskets or create and make one for a special occasion gift or yourself. I found my "Karma" scent which was $ 36.00 # yikes.. therefore I asked an employee to cut and weigh a slab of the soap yet please keep my cost price under $ 10.00. My check out price was $ 6.12. A well stocked store from front to back along with walls and counter areas with many different handmade creations of scented soaps, candles, creams and oils. This "Lush" store maybe comforting to shop at. But since items are sold by the pound, your credit card will add up fast or your wallet of cash will empty fast as well. Then again its for those customers or shoppers that need to see, feel, and smell for that fresh, hush, rush experience. Then afterwards have a "Lush" feeling as well ! ;)

The best part is they offer mini samples of certain hair products and facial products, so that you can test it out before buying it. There is no limit to tryong different product sampeks. They encourage shoppers to try a product before buying, aside from the bath bombs! I love the cute gift sets for birthdays or Christmas shopping. It makes it easy and effortless. The customer service here is great, especially for a tiny store packed with guests. It is a bit difficult to walk around because there are tight pathways, plus the insane amount of customers coming in and out. This store is always busy, and each product has a list of ingredients under it. They even helped us look for nut free products. Their website and booklet has everything you need to add things to your wishlist.

It's My Go To Bath & Body Works store for online pick up and shopping in person when I receive those money saving coupons in the mail. The Manager "Michelle is Magnificent" along with her hard working staff. From walking in with a Hello greeting, they are ready to assist My shopping with current sales or gift ideas. I always experience a speedy checkout at the registers. Today I walked in to pick up My online order from a $2.95 sale on hand creams and of course Michelle was working and we talked about the rough winter in Michigan and that I ordered home delivery service instead of treading in cold and snow. The store is still stocked, organized throughout, plus clean on the floors. There's Upbeat music playing and a customer can still use the sample cards to test new spray scents. Hoot! Sign up for Rewards Yelpers with your phone # to be alerted with texts and those emails that are great for a heads up the day before a Sale. The store is very clean and organized. The employees are plentiful and willing to help. In fact, sometimes you will get 6 employees asking you if you need help while there. Maybe it's a little too much, but at least they aren't short staffed like a lot of places still. The prices are good, and they are consistently running some sale or promotion. The best thing is their rewards program. They are constantly sending coupons to my email. In the last week alone, between my daughter and I, we had 4 coupons to use. One was $3.50 off $15, another was $5 off $10 and 2 coupons for $5 off $20. We used the first 2 coupon and bought $25 worth of products for only $16 and change. Definitely sign up for the rewards program, it worth it. The best thing about Ulta, is that you can try everything before you buy it. They have samples out and disposable applicators for you to try the products before you purchase it. Another great thing, their return policy. Simply keep your receipt. If you're not pleased with a product, after you get it home, return it for your money back. I love a good guarantee like that. The 2 Ulta stores I have been into both get 4 stars from me. Ive even gotten my oldest daughter's second piercing at an Ulta store. Very clean and hygienic procedure and a great price. As long as my daughters continue with a makeup/skincare routine, I'll continue to shop here with them. My youngest daughter wants her ears pierced now too, so I'll be back for that soon.

I actually got them pierced because I had lost some weight and bought a new outfit and wanted to look my best for him for a special occasion. It required just a pop of color. I wanted to wear earrings! So I got them pierced. Right after, I started looking for the perfect jewelry to add that pop of color and I decided to go into Brighton since I got my ears pierced at Partridge Creek. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The staff is super helpful. You can tell they love their job! I told her what I was looking for and both women immediately started hunting. They came up with a beautiful earring and necklace set. I wish I had gotten the bracelet too. It's really great quality. The necklace is actually heavy! I'm really bad at looking at prices when I shop so I was in for a bit of a surprise when they told me the total. This place is definitely not for the frugal. I was having some money issues at the time and swallowed hard and paid it because I was embarrassed. I figured I would go home and if I had buyer's remorse, I would return them. But I didn't. I kept the items and they have had a lot of use! But as I said,. Very hard on my jewelry. I broke one of the earrings. I was so sad. I went on line and tried to find a replacement set, but they don't make them anymore. I decided to go back to the store and see if maybe they had any left hidden somewhere. I was disappointed to find out they didn't. But then, as I was talking to them, they told me that they back their items and I could bring the earrings back in and they would send it back to the factory for repair. If they couldn't repair it, they would replace it. I was so happy! It took 6 weeks and I ended up getting a new set of earrings for free. This is good customer service and this will bring me back for all my jewelry needs. This makes the cost well worth it!
