Another vehicle pulled in behind us so no way to back up either and no signage to give us a clue. The vehicle in front received their script and pulled out. We pulled up to the window that they stuck the "Closed for Lunch" sign in. I spoke to the window saying we were in line at 1:25! They replied they were closed and that the registers shut down for that hour and there was nothing they could do and to "have a nice day". Do they even know what the acronym CVS stands for? I will tell you "Consumer value stores" originally but more recently CEO's have stated "Convenience, Value, and Service." Are they kidding! Time to find a new Pharmacy.

We were standing in line at the Customer Service desk between 1 and 2 in the afternoon on Friday, 7-17-26 (the employees at the desk were really very nice - and patient, seeing what they have to deal with) but the line was beginning to really pile up. A delightful brunette lady customer asked an older lady-employee with long, blondish-gray hair, wearing a pink t-shirt and glasses about getting another person to help them out. WHAT I WITNESSED WAS SO RUDE - the employee in a very sarcastic tone talked to this customer (who was only trying to help us) in a very condescending tone that there were already two people at the desk like she was stupid (or a 5 year old), that there was nothing she could do and proceeded to walk off. We were all shocked at the way she addressed this costumer who was polite in asking for help. It wasn't what the employee said, it was how she proceeded to talk to this woman. I tried to get her name and talk to a supervisor, but I didn't see her the rest of my trip so I'm resorting this way of communication. Totally uncool and inappropriate. I am not sure if it is because they do not have enough people to stock or if the companies are out of what we are looking for due to depleted supply chain or if they simply do not carry those items anymore. But it's fine. We did find great deals on the books for the kids. I love bookstores and go to them all of the time, but I cannot resist a bargain on the books we are looking for and my child was waiting for the release of a new Five Nights at Freddy's book. It was easy to get in and out of here and go through the self check. I am sure I would stop by if I were in the area again.
