Price on the sign said they were $2.99 each. Cashier was wearing a pink shirt. Cashier had an attitude right from the start. She rang my items up, but the Tic Tac Chewy rang up for $3.49 each. I then told the Cashier that they were $2.99 on the sign, which she had another Cashier check. Cashier agreed that they were $2.99. My Cashier voided the transaction and deranged them. After she did that, she asked me why I need to yell at her. I told her that was not my intention, and I'm sorry if it felt like I was. I then told my Cashier that the tic tacs still weren't ring up correctly, and I just asked her to void them off. Cashier then stated "why do you have to be such a bitch?" Again, my 9yr old was standing right beside me. I then placed both slurpees on the counter and told her to keep everything, I dont want anything now. She then picked up the slurpees, and told the other Cashier that I needed to be escorted out, because I threw the drinks at her. I told her I set them on the counter, and I did not throw them. Another coworker came to me, and I told her that she called me a bitch IN FRONT of my son. I then asked for a manager number, and was given the corporate number. I will be calling them.

Overall it is clean and stocked, most of the time the gas pumps are working well. They remember you when you pop in even if it isn't all the time. Genuinely can't complain and feel like it is better than the other Speedways in the area especially when it comes down to customer service and being pleasant.

They are conveniently located at the corner of Hayes and 19 mile. The have the best, freshest coffee in the area. You can play lotto at the counter or purchase tickets from the machine located near the coffee station. There are plenty of snacks and juices located inside the store. Today I…read moregot a product from inside and when I opened it it was all crusty and not the right texture, when I went inside to complain about it the old guy in the blue hat was very rude say "this is how the product is a lot of people but it" without looking at it. Now I know very well what it should look like I've been working in a liquor stores for years. I'm not looking for a refund or anything, just know this isn't how you treat customers no matter who you are.

You have to turn right and then enter a weird loop to get in the gas station. The gas station inside and outside was pretty clean. The floors looked like they had been freshly mopped. The cashier was super quick too, and only one was working at the time. You can get out on the right side and loop around to get to the light to go back onto gratiot. It is always awesome when they have a light that allows you to enter back into traffic easier.

I managed to time it right, and only a couple of cars were at the pump, so I pulled right up. I didn't have any cash on me, so I swiped my debit card and filled my car up. Fifty bucks later, and I am on my way to work. My complaint and I didn't find out until later; they put a $75.00 hold on my debit card, which I thought was not cool, and it took three days before it settled for the right amount.

It is a family owned business, so I like to support that. They recently switched to an Amoco, but now don't have the lowest prices, nor do they offer same price for cash or credit. The new pumps also do not allow hands free pumping, which in inconvenient in the summer and will just be torture in the winter. I'm sorry but I probably won't be returning.
