They are Very busy. They usually have several pharmacist on Staff that ask you if you need any help. They have a very easy to use app on your phone for ordering your refills . I like to pop in when passing to check out the clearance end caps. I alway find an item, or few at deep discounts. What really impresses me is how clean and spacious the store is. The isles are luxurious- if I can use that term, LOL. More than one person can be in the same isle and not feel like your hovering over them. The vitamin and supplement section is organized beautifully, to satisfy even the most OCD person. I've been here on 3 occasions in the last 2 weeks, twice inside and once to use the drive up pharmacy. All 3 times throughly impressed. The pharmacist and both employees were very friendly, welcoming and professional. Got me on my way in no time flat. They fill all my needs and carry everything plus some that you would expect from a convenient store. Happy to patronize this Rite Aid and I definitely recommend.

Whether it's drive through or going inside, sometimes I am able to get my prescription and get out of there, other times I'm waiting for a long time. It's a bit frustrating because any time I'm in a hurry, it seems like I get the slow speed checkout. At least the price is relatively cheap here for prescriptions.

Good amount of parking too and easy to access from both St Clair and McNaughton. Full service pharmacy, and a premium cosmetics counter. Lots of food options too. Friendly Staff too!
