Coming in here for quick grab-and-go items is nice. They usually have what I need when I stop in. Most of the time though, I'm here for prescriptions. It's hit and miss with service. Whether it's drive through or going inside, sometimes I am able to get my prescription and get out of there, other times I'm waiting for a long time. It's a bit frustrating because any time I'm in a hurry, it seems like I get the slow speed checkout. At least the price is relatively cheap here for prescriptions. read more

My 1-star review still stands. I rarely buy from the store, so my review is solely based on the pharmacy. The last 2 visits here they have given me the wrong prescription. The visit before that they charged me, did something incorrectly, refunded me, charged me again but something was still wrong, refunded me again, and finally called the manager to charge me a third time. Every visit here these last few months has been unnecessarily complicated. I've had this same prescription, same doctor, and same insurance for years; nothing has changed on that end. I've noticed that the prices here are generally higher than other pharmacies in the area too. I only frequented this one because of its convenience, but the terrible service is really not worth it anymore. I'll be starting 2021 with a new pharmacy. read more

We used to shop at CVS regularly but it seems like every year when prescription insurance plans are renewed or changed very likely we have to switch to a new preferred chain or provider. So as a result we haven't stopped here for a while. But tonight on our way home we needed some over-the-counter product and this CVS was right on our way. So we stopped in and, because the aisles were marked very well, we were able to quickly find the correct location for the product we wanted. Because there were many versions and brands so we asked for help from the pharmacy and they sent someone to help us. With that help we were able to narrow the choice down and make a selection. From the help to find the right product to the checkout everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. Since we go past this CVS frequently, we will be stopping here again. read more

I made a purchase couple of days ago at CVS On East Long Lake Troy and when I got home I realized on my receipt that I was charged twice for the same item so I called the store and cashier told me just come in bring the item and receipt and will take care of you . I went back to the store . Employee was not available so I asked for manager but unfortunately he refused to help . He wouldn't let me speak all he was saying being rude and yelling I wasn't here for 10 days can't help you & cashier is not here today. Cashier was very nice / little careless dealing with phone calls and taking care of customers at the same time but much much nicer. At least he could have said I am sorry . Very rude unprofessional , sad and scary to have managing the Cvs store . He definitely is not fit for that position. read more

Clowns, don't answer the phone, yet when I'm in there, they're on the phone. Dad needs his script, don't know if its ready, it wasn't on Saturday when I was there, you would think they would tell Beaumont they were out of stock so he could have had it filled at another pharmacy or better yet why didn't Beaumont just fill it when he was at the hospital. I left a message after 4 aggravating calls, pressing any button that would get me to a human. Come on, pick up and say "please hold". Simple. CVS has gone through extensive remodeling. Thankfully, for the short duration when I was in for the remodeling their regular and very lovely pharmacist (who is super kind) was on vacation. What a relief that the temporary pharmacist will not be returning! Personally, she should not be allowed to work with people on any level and that young man is no longer employed as well! The staff at this location could not be any more caring, kind and helpful! I hope I never have to change my CVS location. They usually take the time to ask me (by name) how I am feeling. Kathy, the manager here is very unprofessional and will command you to do something when you're not her employee. If you place the order for delivery here just understand there's a 50-50 chance you won't get your order based off the fact these people do not fulfill orders they will take orders for items they do not have in stock and wait for the driver to get there and then actually State you should wait an hour. read more

So, the previous poor reviews are all for the pharmacy. I didn't have any RXs to fill, but I did speak with a pharmacist to ask her what over the counter medicine she recommended for the common cold: sneezing, runny nose, itchy throat. She advised me to buy an antihistamine, so I did. As far as the actual store goes, they had everything I needed. I forgot my shampoo, and I found a large selection on sale. You also gotta love a store that has two bags of Reese's for just $5.00 (with $2.00 in extra bucks rewards). Sure I'm going to share those. Maybe. read more

This is one of the closer CVS for me. As this one is the 24/7 location, I mostly come here for the pharmacy and if there are any better deals on groceries than the Kroger in the same plaza or elsewhere. And this is the routine place for my flu shots. As I experienced yesterday, flu shots shouldn't be as much of a paperwork as it is. The Affordable Health Care Act (otherwise known as Obamacare) has 100% coverage for immunizations regardless of the insurance plan or deductible. The website for UHC was down so I had to come in today to get it done. That being said, the place is decent for everything else. They have to compete with other grocery stores so they have cold foods, milk, liquor and soft drinks as well as greeting cards. Kinda ironic that as a pharmacy, they sell liquor which as we know fuels some of the worse in society. I feel that the prices are overall are higher than in other grocery stores/ gas convenience stores. I'll end my rant now haha but CVS has a lot of goods in a variety of areas if something is needed immediately. read more

I've always been pleased with my experience at this CVS Store, although I am not a big fan of them. Their prices are too high, advertising and marketing practices are deceptive, and the employees are inconsistant in their performance. Since this is the only 24 hour pharmacy around my house it tends to be busy. I've had my prescription promised in an hour and then when I called they told me to come in two more hours. It get's a little frustrating when you are on timed meds but my fault for not going the day before. The pharmacist and it's workers are really nice just always busy. When I got my flu shot here they told me it would be a 15 minute wait but I ended up waiting over an hour. read more

I have been going to CVS for my prescriptions for over 7 years and I have given them the benefit of the doubt for about 6 and now I am fed up. There is a female pharmacist who is always absolutely so rude and condescending that it makes me feel like I am stupid or in the wrong for asking questions about my medications. They never seem willing to help or help me understand when I have a question which is very sad. She should not be in this field if she cannot treat her patients and customers with respect, especially when it comes to medication. read more

This is seriously the cutest cvs. I needed a prescription near a new drs office and chose this one. It's not near my house but I'm thinking about just making the drive to Troy. This pharmacy is understaffed and the pharmacists on duty lose track of time. On several occasions my prescription was filled after a long delay or some times they couldn't find it. On a few occasions I had wait for half hour to ask a question for the pharmacist on a new prescription. One of the customers there told me that the pharmacists intentionally drag their feet so you will loiter around the aisles buying unnecessary stuff. read more

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with their service. I am beginning Accutane, which requires a blood test & pregnancy test before acquiring the medication. Since there are so many prerequisites for this drug you are only allowed a specific allotted time to pick up the prescription from the day it was submitted. Mine was submitted on a Thursday. I went to pick it up Friday & they said it hadn't been filled. This pharmacy gets insanely busy in the evenings so I chose to pick it up Saturday. Well it took me physically going over there for them to tell me that it was out of stock & would be in on Monday. Monday rolls around & someone ordered the incorrect medication. It's now been 4 days since I submitted the script. They told me they would have it in Tuesday. I go back and they tell me I can't receive the medication. After making calls to my dermatologist and the ipledge program I find out that I had waited too long to receive the medication so now I have to wait two weeks to start treatment as well as get my blood work done again because some idiot didn't check the stock and ordered the wrong medication. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! I can't stress it enough. I've made a call to CVS customer service and they're opening an investigation. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I don't write many reviews, but I am definitely making an exception for this bad business. read more

I was there yesterday and I was having a hard time with the photo machine. There is store clerk there by the name of Jill and she was AMAZING!!!! She was so patient with me helped me figure out Kodak Kiosk Connect and when that wasn't working she offered the USB cord. I know that most place do offer that but Jill was exceptional. THE WHOLE TIME SHE WAS SMILING! I was making a present for my husband for father's day and her helping me was much appreciated. Thank you Jill! read more

I am extremely dismayed with the awful treatment received by myself and other customers at this store. I had a Rx called in two hours ago by my MD. 90 minutes ago I was told come back in an hour. I did. The customers in front of me were told something similar and their Rx's were not complete. Neither was mine. There was not forecast given as to when then might be done. "Fadi" gave excuses and only offered empty and meaningless "Im sorry" to folks who were patient. The manger was called. She loudly proclaimed "I'm not trained on these new registers" AND WALKED AWAY. What nonsense. These employees were clearly overwhelmed and frustrated. While I hold them accountable for the fact they did not have the commitment to customer service, clearly CVS management is not providing them what they need to be successful. I will get the BADLY needed Rx tonight however I will never go back and I will tell everyone of my neighbors to stay away!! GO ANYWHERE BUT CVS!!!!! read more
