Pseudoephedrine is one of those "behind the counter" medications so I picked up the right card and brought it to the pharmacy counter. Unfortunately (or highly conveniently), they were out of the generic CVS branded product and all they had was the more expensive name brand. While they at least had it, it was a bummer that I had to pay extra for the same product. Other than that poor stocking, it was a good experience. The pharmacist Suzan took her time going over the vaccine with me, and treated me with care and compassion throughout the whole process. Same as me not getting notifications when my scripts are filled and they tell me I have to enroll in the text messaging thing and I tell them I have done so since day one each time I come up here it's the same issue and I keep complaining something is not right within this location and they definitely are very unprofessional with their attitude. I truly wish I lived closer to the Walgreens at Grand River and 8 Mile because they were the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with and I am ready to leave CVS as I had never been a fan of CVS pharmacies in the past of messing up my young daughters medications which she was very young & could have killed my daughter if I didn't realize something looked odd about her medication
