The majority of the time store associates are there to sell you a product and don't have much information other than what's on the label. The person that helped me here was named, Lydia. She was not only very courteous and friendly, but she was also very knowledgeable. She gave me the science and understanding on many of the products that I had questions about... When I was checking out I told her what a great experience I had. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the store manager. When I am back in town, I will definitely come to this store because of the excellent customer care and service that I received.I wish all store associates at the vVitamin Shoppe stores around the country could be as knowledgeable as Lydia is with helping customers.

I had never had a good experience with a dentist in my life (maybe because I have a tiny child mouth and I'm always being yelled at to "open wider"...) so, I almost never went to the same one more than a couple times. I was hesitant to start over at another place, but I am so glad I did... On walking in, you can tell everyone loves working there and that they are a family. Dr Greg and Dr Joanne (married couple practice, how nice?) are so sweet they provide their own figurative job security; plus they have gadgets for checking your teeth that I had never heard of (including this thingy you can rest your teeth on that holds my tiny child mouth open for fillings, etc.) and the whole staff is excellent at what they do. In addition to regular cleanings, I had Six-Month-Smiles (quick braces thingies) to re-straighten my teeth before my wedding, so I got to spend more time there than the average patient which allowed me more time to observe the interactions between the hygienists, assistants, techs, doctors, and other patients. Firstly, they custom make your own individual scent if you so desire. Honestly there are literally over a million variations as they have over 100+ base scent oils for both men and women that you can mix in different ratios to find your own unique scent. There are endless possibilities which I found out! If you're not inclined to custom make your own perfume, you can just have 1 scent. I bought a few like that including bergamot, patchouli, musk and magnolia! They all smelled beautiful. You can also pick and choose from over 1,000 brand name perfumes in stock. Bonus is they also have a huge variety of incense, Oud's and everything scentful you can imagine in this store! Zajil helped me pick the scents to mix together. I was able to experiment with mixing the oils and trying them out too. I bought a bunch of smaller roll on bottles that are great for my purse. These make great gifts but are also great for your purse, pocket or kept in s drawer for those times when you just need a pick me up. All I can say is their masseuse gave me a really good massage. She had really strong hands and when I told her about the problem I was having, she zeroed in on it and it was gone the next day. I'm now having problems with my back and neck and will call them again for a massage. I went to Irene's School in Franklin, MI but need a more experienced masseuse for it to make a difference.
