They have put my health and life at risk with their mistakes several times. Even though I have been using them for a few years they frequently do not have my medications in stock. Forcing me to go without meds a few times. They've filled the wrong/outdated rxs, meaning that I was given the wrong doses of meds. The staff has no idea what they're doing. The turn over in staff is pretty high as well. I am going to have to either drive 30 mins to my old rite aid in Farmington or switch to CVS or Walgreens. This is so unacceptable. The owner is the main pharmacist who is dedicated to providing the best services to her customers. Any inquiries that need to be made re a prescription, the staff waste me no time contacting doc offices or insurance companies for clarifications. They're a pleasure to deal with each & every time. Very professional & courteous always. Closed on weekends makes it difficult if script could run out during that time but they work around this for you.
