The majority of the time store associates are there to sell you a product and don't have much information other than what's on the label. The person that helped me here was named, Lydia. She was not only very courteous and friendly, but she was also very knowledgeable. She gave me the science and understanding on many of the products that I had questions about... When I was checking out I told her what a great experience I had. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the store manager. The hygienist took great care of me, explained what he was doing as he was doing it, asked about any discomfort now, or since the last time. 20 minutes later, I had my little dental goodie bag and I was in my way home. They always take care to set up your next appointment while you're there, which is great for me because I always forget to schedule it myself. Everyone's super friendly, professional, and good natured. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially those who struggle to make themselves go to the dentist.

I didn't see the one I was looking for so I sprayed other perfume. An employee came up and asked if I needed help. I told her no. After that she just stood next to me and watched me. This made me feel uncomfortable. I've never had this issue at other locations. I asked her where could I find a product she said it's over there in the middle. I thought she would have shown me. It wasn't close by the perfume where I could see it. So I asked someone else. I'm not sure if the employee in the perfume section was told to stay in that section to watch customers but you all need to figure something else out so customers do not feel this way. Then there was the other employee that rung me up. She seemed irritated after I declined signing up for a credit card. She just gave me my total she didn't mention that I had any points. So I informed her that I had points and a coupon. She kept giving me the total before I could get the barcode for her to scan. I will not return.

I had never had a good experience with a dentist in my life (maybe because I have a tiny child mouth and I'm always being yelled at to "open wider"...) so, I almost never went to the same one more than a couple times. I was hesitant to start over at another place, but I am so glad I did... On walking in, you can tell everyone loves working there and that they are a family. Dr Greg and Dr Joanne (married couple practice, how nice?) are so sweet they provide their own figurative job security; plus they have gadgets for checking your teeth that I had never heard of (including this thingy you can rest your teeth on that holds my tiny child mouth open for fillings, etc.) and the whole staff is excellent at what they do. In addition to regular cleanings, I had Six-Month-Smiles (quick braces thingies) to re-straighten my teeth before my wedding, so I got to spend more time there than the average patient which allowed me more time to observe the interactions between the hygienists, assistants, techs, doctors, and other patients. So, there are my credentials on the subject. :) P.S. Almost my whole family goes there now, and everyone agrees, APDC is phenomenal. You should go... tell them Melissa S. sent you!

Firstly, they custom make your own individual scent if you so desire. Honestly there are literally over a million variations as they have over 100+ base scent oils for both men and women that you can mix in different ratios to find your own unique scent. There are endless possibilities which I found out! If you're not inclined to custom make your own perfume, you can just have 1 scent. I bought a few like that including bergamot, patchouli, musk and magnolia! They all smelled beautiful. You can also pick and choose from over 1,000 brand name perfumes in stock. Bonus is they also have a huge variety of incense, Oud's and everything scentful you can imagine in this store! Zajil helped me pick the scents to mix together. I was able to experiment with mixing the oils and trying them out too. I bought a bunch of smaller roll on bottles that are great for my purse. These make great gifts but are also great for your purse, pocket or kept in s drawer for those times when you just need a pick me up. I snored so loud that I scared myself awake. If my one functional nostril was stuffed up, I became a mouth breather. Not too attractive, I know. NP Deana Yasso-Vander Vliet guided me through the diagnosis and explained all that was planned for my nose. She has a fine sense of humor and put me at ease throughout. Dr. Mark Toma performed the surgery to make this hole on the right side of my nose actually do something other than just sit there being a hole. All was explained to me before and after the operation. It's been an epiphany for me. BOTH nostrils are supposed to work. Imagine that. I recommend SE MI ENT and especially NP Y-VV & Dr. M. Toma to anyone with nasal malfunctions. I'm glad that I finally made the move.

All I can say is their masseuse gave me a really good massage. She had really strong hands and when I told her about the problem I was having, she zeroed in on it and it was gone the next day. I'm now having problems with my back and neck and will call them again for a massage. I went to Irene's School in Franklin, MI but need a more experienced masseuse for it to make a difference.
