I was reluctant to come here---have always used the NAME places but soooo happy I did. Rudy, the pharmacist, is like no other I've ever dealt with. Friendly, (calls you by name) knowledgeable and will do whatever he can to be of help, even coming out from behind the counter. His staff, also, has the same attitude. The store is stocked with most items you'd want and prices are competitive with other places. RX's always ready, even automatically refilled when needed. And they notify you of that ! They are so friendly and helpful here. I got my Covid booster here and they were so organized giving the vaccines. I later needed an at home test for my stepdaughter and they had them and I was in and out getting it. They have anything and everything you could possibly need!!! read more

I got my 1st and 2nd Pfizer shot here and my experience was absolutely great! Walked right in and got my shot, I didn't feel either shot as it was being administered and had no symptoms at all afterwards. Thank you I Pharmacy!! So happy I am fully vaccinated now. read more

This is one of the best, if not the best pharmacies I have ever went to. I've had to deal with a number of pharmacies and I also used to work at an independent pharmacy and Rudy runs a great place. He's helpful, explained and answered any questions I had, and took the time to make sure I was happy. That is a rare thing these days. I'm so glad he decided to leave CVS and start his own pharmacy. His prices are great and in my case he took the time to see if I qualified for a copay discount card. Ask yourself when was the last time a pharmacist was helpful at the big chains??? Better yet ask yourself when was the last time anyone came from out of the pharmacy to help you??? Rudy does all of that and goes way out of the way to help you! Do yourself a favour for 2018 and dump the chain stores and try Rudy's pharmacy. Quit dealing with all the bs and headaches of the big chains (especially CVS) and realise that a pharmacist is supposed to be helpful and guide you with prescriptions, ointments, etc. read more

We went for a vaccine for my two girls but while there the guy seemed irritated with certain kids that were afraid. Definitely not understanding at all. Holding a needle open and in front of kids that are scared doesn't help. Telling kids your wasting a vaccine if they're not ready is very unprofessional. I ended up taking my girls elsewhere and they knew how to work with kids. I just hope you all are able to work with kids better and have a better system going on. read more

It's all true! In this current world where when it seems to too good to be true it usually is, Rudy and i PHARMACY are a true local gem and the model for what a small business / pharmacy should be. I have went to CVS for years and have never received the treatment and personal touch that Rudy offers here. After CVS continued their neglect dealing with my mental health, ALWAYS putting their profits ahead of myself and other patients I have communicated with I decided I needed to try somewhere local and was referred to i PHARMACY. Reading the reviews I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, isn't it terrible that when we see a trustworthy, local business that people are raving about we automatically assume it's fake or has to have a catch. Nope, no catch here. True personal, helpful service. Rudy helped me so much and I honestly would never go to another pharmacy again if I didn't have to. So happy I came across this pharmacy!! I was trying to find a cast shoe. Not only is it open later than most medical equipment stores they have more a stock as well!! I couldn't believe all the products available. Needed a cast cover as well there was 2 different ones available. The gentleman kept saying that the more expensive one ($14 instead of $9) was so much better. I'm a tight budget. (Not like we're gonna need a cast cover forever. ) He went above and beyond and gave it to me for the $9. Their truly are people who still care read more

This is the ONLY pharmacy you should go to! Rudy and the rest of his staff are always pleasant and friendly and Rudy always remembers me by name when I come in every month. I started coming here because everyone was out of my thyroid med, Armour Thyroid, except i Pharmacy. Then I had all my other scripts transferred to him. I drive from Canton to pick up my meds, so it's a little out of the way, but totally worth it. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to CVS, where I went before. He is always happy to answer my million questions and give my husband a hard time about getting his flu shot, I'm on immunosuppressants and welcome any help in order to not get sick. At the time I found iPharmacy I was searching for a pharmacy that could compound my infants acid reflux medication. There were not many around the area and many of them were outrageously priced! I came across iPharmacy, and was hesitant at first since it was about 20-30 min from my house. However, after I first visited the store I realized how kind the staff and the pharmacist, Rudy, were. My daughter's prescription got transferred here last week because CVS ran out of Tamiflu. The gentleman pharmacist (assuming the owner) states there's a problem with my insurance and that my insurance won't cover it there and will only cover it at CVS. I asked how much? He said you don't even want to know, then states it's $160 but he'll give it to me for $120. Then he saw my HSA Card and says ohh you have a savings account. [[[[Side note-Tamiflu is scarce right now especially for children so I would rather pay for the prescription for my 11 month old then walk out empty handed]]]]I paid the $120 and got in my car and immediately called my insurance company. I stated what the gentleman told me about my insurance not being accepted there. My insurance stated Ipharmacy ran my insurance for Tamiflu and then canceled it but they'll call the pharmacy and see what's going on. I walked right back in and the gentleman tried talking his way out of it stating he can refund my money no problem & take the Tamiflu back. He'll transfer my prescription to another CVS(CVS told me all CVS' were out of Tamiflu for children) The pharmacist also stated he's losing money by me coming there and my insurance company is penalizing me for not going to a CVS. My insurance stated my co-pay would be $13 for the Tamiflu at ipharmacy and the pharmacist stated to my insurance company that $13 wasn't enough so he didn't want to take my insurance. You can form your own opinion on how ethical this store is but PLEASE check with your insurance company before coming here so you're one step ahead of them and not getting price gouged. read more
