What I forgot to mention when I originally wrote this review so many years ago: the pharmacy had a conversation with my my mom about one of my prescriptions, then sent my prescription home with my her without letting me know. At the time I was in my mid-thirties and completely self sufficient. I called the pharmacist and reminded them that what they did was probably a HIPAA violation and asked them not to give my prescriptions to anybody other than me. The owner caught wind of it and she did not take kindly to what I said: she started calling me crazy because the prescription in question were anti-depressants. The she told me that she was going to call her son as some sort of ominous threat. She said some other hurtful things aggressively. I was such a strange interaction. She knew her staff was in the wrong, but continued to verbally attack me. read more

I have had multiple problems with this pharmacy, the two guys that work there are fine it's mostly just the owner Alice she is a complete nut job, first of she constantly wastes people time she's also a habitual liar, I've literally spoken with other people who go to the same pharmacy and they all have the same problems out of here. Visited last year having Envision Insurance but this pharmacy no longer honors this insurance. Workers of 2 gentlemen and a woman were very friendly. Envision has switched to Elixir Insurance and I hope it will be accepted at Cherry Hill as I want to frequent a welcoming pharmacy, which is what I was shown even without being a customer and my rating is based on. read more

I went here last week at the recommendation of a friend, saying they had an excellent product for a dry patch of skin that has been bothering me for a long time. As soon as my daughter and I walked in the door, a pharmacist came to the front counter and asked how she could help me. When I mentioned the product I wanted, she got it off the shelf and handed it to me, instead of just pointing it out. Before we left, she even offered a small toy to my daughter. I hope there are more things I need from Cherry Hill Pharmacy, because it was honestly a joy to visit :) read more

I've been coming to this pharmacy for almost a year now due to my old one being closed down and I'm a firm believer in supporting small business owners. The 2 guys in there are really nice and polite but as far as the 2 women, it's a whole other story. First time I was shorted half the amount of my ADHD medicine I called and said why wasn't I told I would have to come back for the rest? They said they only filled half and don't know why?? They made me drive all the way back to get the rest of it. So dumb. What sense does that make? What a crook. Completely shady. I'm sure she does other things with the drugs to make some extra $$$. I was just there Friday and picked up my medications and all my refills and was told I was missing half my ADHD meds so to come back on Monday. I had work and sent my mom to do it for me, bless her for helping me out from time to time. She brings it to me and I notice It's all mixed different pills and she wasn't told it would be and neither would I and come to realize I'm short too! I called to ask why I'm still short and have a mix? This women names "Alice" proceeds to belittle me, tell me of course I counted "that" medication and NOT MY OTHERS, she states she's "sick and tired of this medication people", "do me a favor and go fill your script somewhere else", and told me she did not short me "sheerin double counted". Yes and I double counted too and had my mom do it in front of me again so that I know I'm not crazy. She shood me away as if I was some bug over the phone. Disgusting and ignorant behavior from someone you'd THINK was smarter than that. She proceeded to tell me "You're only upset because I'm not gonna fill your meds here anymore I'm gonna make sure you don't get it filled here anymore" No. There are 100 other pharmacies and pharmacists that have so much more class and curtsey than you honey and I wouldn't even wanna come in again there after that treatment. How DARE you? I'm upset that your staff constantly makes mistakes ( admittedly!) and when a patient complains about it, you come after them and in a very rude, and disrespectful manner. Don't call Yourself a medical professionals when you have no clue or know meaning of the term and try to demean innocent patients who have an illness. Shame on you. read more

I was out of options a few months ago. My pharmacy was unexpectedly closed. I asked for a recommendation and this was the one I received. I was greeted promptly and with kindness. They were very accommodating then and every time I've been back. I've interacted with three or four of their employees. All very pleasant and attentive. read more

I would rate them 6 stars if I could. My family and I have been using this pharmacy for around 35 years and they are the best with a nice atmosphere and staff. They will care for you and your needs better than the chain pharmacies for sure. read more

VERY rare do I lose my patience with people, but the guy I talked to on the phone claimed he wasn't but was SO rude. He asked me about 3 or 4 times what the ounces were of the script I was calling about when there CLEARLY wasn't anything on the script stating the ounces...disappointed me pretty bad, but I'm sure they're nice in person seeing as he was apologetic when I called him out for acting that way. :( read more

Ugh, this place has really taken a turn for the worse. Once the charm of going to a small, family owned pharmacy wears off one quickly realizes how inept the staff at Cherry Hill are: they will make mistakes... often. Cherry Hill Pharmacy isn't doing anyone any favors, yet their collective attitude towards customer service leaves much to be desired. There are many other pharmacies in the neighborhood, I'd suggest you save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere. read more

Everything here is great, except for the young guy who works behind the counter. He continuously calls me "Mrs" when I'm not married and I've told him nicely that it's "Miss" and then he yelled out (in front of everyone) when I walked in, "What are you picking up?" That is inappropriate since medications can be for very personal issues. You shouldn't have to announce in front of everyone, including other staff and customers, what you are picking up. He should be more discreet. Then to top it off, I said that I needed the refill before the usual 30 day mark because my doctor made me take a higher than usual dose for a few days, so he came over and said,"What's going on?" I calmly and quietly told him that I wasn't going to discuss all my medical issues with him and basically said I need it since the doctor had me double up the dose for several days. I was so exasperated and fed up with this guy (I've had issues with him before as I've said) that I won't go back. Everyone else there is really nice including the woman who I assume is the owner. This guy needs to get a clue! Will not go back unfortunately. read more
