Todd was fantastic! He was very thorough in explaining how to operate the cpap machine, how to clean it, etc. He was knowledgeable of the different masks, and was patient while helping me choose. He even had me try it myself to make sure I am confident without his assistance. Then he went above and beyond by helping me download the app and set everything up with that through my phone. That may not seem like a big deal.... but I'm less than fabulous with such things, so it was huge. He was informative and kind, explaining everything, answering questions. Never used a C-Pap before. Todd Hobbs came for a home set-up visit for my C-Pap machine, and did a great job. He took the time to explain every single aspect of the machine usage, cleaning, as well as fitting. He answered all my questions and made everything simple. He actually made me excited about using it because I had apprehension due to how weird it is to sleep with equipment on your face. I've had sleep supplies through this company before and was never disappointed. Today, was no different. I had an upgrade machine with new supplies. Everything was explained to me thoroughly from start to finish. I had my mind set on one type of mask but when I saw a newer, lighter one I hemmed and hawed about it so Todd H. asked me if I wanted to try it. He walked me through the newer mask. To my surprise, it was a great deal lighter than my full facemask and the airflow wasn't as strong as I thought it would be. It was extremely comfortable. no one ever answers the phone or calls me back when I try to pay my bill! I tried to register online with the address they provided on the bill, but it says my email address is not valid. what? That's my email address I use for everything. I'm going to look for another CPAP supplier that Medicare uses. read more

I feel compelled to write a follow up here. After contacting the supervisor it was determined that the order I was told was shipped out the 14th was in fact NEVER received by the warehouse so most certainly not ever shipped from Texas as I was told. Chantal apologized and committed to following up with the staff to address how it was initially handled, the fact that I was not given the correct information and that I had to follow up a third time as they never got back to me after the second call I made. Additionally, she pulled some stock from the office and personally took the items to the local post office and I received them the very next day. I will see how the next order goes before a final decision on if they keep my business but this was very encouraging. read more

Do not trust anything this company tells you. I am on SSD and we had an agreement on a payment plan. The same month I received my payment statement, they billed my bank card a $85 charge. If you set up a payment plan you make payments for a reason. This unknown action cost me the ability to budget for food for the month, but hey it's just an agreement between two parties, no need to full fill your end. DO NOT TRUST WHAT SAY and if you just plan on being screwed maybe you won't be blindsided. read more

They use to be wonderful pre-pandemic. There was a problem with my blue cross last year that ended up being an easy fix. Instead of contacting me they put a hold on my account. By the time I found out they were six weeks late for my medical supplies. After finally getting things taken care of I thought everything was all set. Again when I was suppose to get medical supplies it took me 3 phone calls and 10 days to get them ordered. I was told they had forgotten to take the hold off my account. Now once again I am waiting for a return call. I was suppose to be eligible for supplies 3 days ago. I have called and left messages twice and still waiting. read more

Very shady billing practices. During your fitting and initial hard sell, they will talk about all of the equipment that you will be getting and walk you through the real price, then through the price you'll pay due to your insurance. They will also mention that they can automatically resupply you every three months! They will talk about the importance of keeping up on that resupply quite a bit, so pay close attention. This is the air that you breathe all night, after all. Flash forward a few months, you'll get a call to go through an automated resupply system that will ask you if you are still using and need a resupply on literally every component except the actual device. Be warned, if you do as you were initially instructed, you will be incurring a stealth bill for more than 5 times what you originally paid for the whole thing. When I called to inquire, an incredibly brusque woman asked, incredulously, "you thought you were getting all of this stuff for free?" No, I assumed that I was already paying for it...just like your shady sales folks said initially. At the end, I was left with "well, you have to pay it, we don't take anything back". Do not go here, every single thing they sell can be purchased for more than 50% less on Amazon and you'll get it in two days instead of a week. I should have gone with Binson's like my wife. They at least have avoided scamming us so far. read more
