Recently we had a prescription sent for mail delivery for an upcoming appointment and we forgot about it until the day before the appointment when we realized it had not arrived. She began to question if I was at the Ray store and then began to repeatedly asked me if it's a pharmacy order which clearly I told her it is a retail ready upfront counter order and acted like she didn't have access to see it and stores typically say the order is ready through the app and that's why drivers go to the store to pick it up and after waiting patiently for 10 to 15 minutes as I finally get the order as I'm walking out the door she calls me dumb and I go back in and confront her, which she denies and switch the word to Rudy which I have on video and clearly she said I'm very dumb.
