I was here the day after Christmas around 11 o'clock and nobody was in here. I was hoping to find some 50% off Christmas goodies, but failed. I did buy two small packs of Walkers shortbread stars, so it wasn't a total bummer of a visit.

Because this pharmacy is located right inside the Henry Ford Medical Center in Troy where we go for Doctor appointments, occasionally it is convenient to fill a one-time prescription here to be picked up on our way out. Recently we had a prescription sent for mail delivery for an upcoming appointment and we forgot about it until the day before the appointment when we realized it had not arrived. We tried to fill it at our local pharmacy but they couldn't fill it until one day too late. We then contacted this Henry Ford Pharmacy and they had it in stock and would have it ready for pickup in 30 minutes. In the past they have also had medicine we needed in stock and handled by efficient and friendly staff. I have to remember that they are always ready to help with our needs!

And John always takes the time to answer my questions over the phone when I've been prescribed new medication and need assurance about side effects, interactions, etc. They make me feel like family--I am lucky to be so cared for by the staff at Northeast Pharmacy! Refuse to call the 1800 numberr on my card. Refused to do anything. Mumbled under his breath with a foul attitude. was rude to a regular customer urging her to pull off when she needed the medicine she was there to get because he didn't feel like filling it. horrible experience avoid at all cost I normally try to patronize small businesses but this is unsafe. Falling ceiling tiles over the area where medicines are compiled. And just generally filthy Overall. A pharmacy with life-saving medicine should be as clean as the hospital. I've seen bus stops cleaner than this place. Never again will I chance my life on this place. I will be contacting the health department and other authorities to investigate how and why a pharmacy can be in the deplorable condition that it is in. Something needs to be done. Authorities need to step in because this is horrible. Elderly people are using the drive-thru without knowing that the inside of the building should be condemned.

She was checking my insurance coverage and was getting upset because, well I'm not really sure if it was the line forming behind me or she is just naturally unpleasant but I couldn't hear her over the speaker. I told her by holding my hand up to my ear and signing it to her. She pointed to the phone with an angry voice and screamed into it. I said, first of all your attitude isn't needed. You are really being unacceptable right now. I told her I have pneumonia I don't feel good and my SO completed suicide a few months prior. I just want my meds and I'll pay cash if I have too. She hung the phone up! Then proceed to walk away! Wtf! Like how is she working with the public?! That is so unacceptable to me! I put my car in drive and went inside to talk to the actual pharmacist who was so lovely and caring. She appologized for her bad attitude which made me wonder if she has to put up with that every day. I really hope Brittany doesn't. She is wonderful. I sadly won't be returning to Kroger pharmacy after I get the rest of my meds. It was the worst experience I've ever had there.
