I thought this was a simple request. "We have lots of shoes", I was told. I explained my situation and reiterated that I didn't want to come out if they didn't have what I needed. The sales lady seemed agitated with my question and my reasoning. "We have many shoes. You have to in and look for yourself" I could see that I would get the same short service in the store so I thanked her and hung up. I went to McNalley's in Allen Park and I must thank Lizzie's for their rude phone skills else I would never have found McNalley's.

I came in to Canton Embroidery (I called in a few days prior to ensure they'd be able to possibly do it) and quickly showed them where I wanted it all. After brief conversation, I found out they had done something similar recently and it helped me feel at ease. Not quite two days later the jersey was done and ready. I must say I was absolutely impressed and love how it turned out. The patches were located where they should be and it looks almost like it was bought that way. Needless to say, if I have more like this or anything else I'll definitely be a returning customer. Price was great and I wasn't upset or bothered by it at all.

Well, that explained why there is so much clothing. Evidently, you can return it within 3 day with several stipulations. No signage indicating that there aren't any dressing rooms. They were directing that announcement towards a patron who went into the bathroom to try on an item. So I guess I was fortunate that happened after about a half an hour of shopping not knowing this was the policy. I put back many more pricey items. Then upon checking out, they rung up my items. I had approx. 10 items or so. After completing ringing up my items the worker just looks at me. I then say...."you don't have bags?" she says no. I said it would be nice if you had signage indicating this. I will go out to my car and get my reusable bags. Upon coming back in to the store, the person who rang me up is over talking to another worker. They say rather obviously, chill out lady. No help packing up my items, and a rude comment pointed my direction. I have shopped many second-hand stores and this by far was the worst experience.
