And she ordered a different size. I was waiting for the delivery before Christmas as it was a gift for my new step granddaughter! I finally called the 800 number and they said that they didn't have the size I was asking for. But they had already sent me a check for 50$ in the mail. I said, I payment was a debit card, can't you just send me a different pair? Nope, it's considered cash. And it's already been sent. So I waited until a few days before Christmas and I called back and they said that they would cancel it and send me a gift card because it might be faster. I received the check a week later. I was told to throw it out. And I did. So now it's after Christmas, I still don't have anything for my granddaughter. Waiting for a gift card that might be here by Easter!
