I do get frustrated with how quickly they run out of my size (especially when it comes to trousers and jeans). The petite section is pretty large, though, so I can always find something. I get tons of coupons for being a credit customer, so I rarely pay full price unless I really want something and I'm afraid my size will be gone. I believe there is one day a week where they give an additional 10% off your total purchase, which can really add up when you have a large purchase. Just a quick FYI, this store is not referred to as only "Loft" rather than Ann Taylor Loft.

But not so much that it annoyed me. I went in looking for my first quality hat, and she worked very hard to try to find one in the price range that I was looking for in a style that worked for me. The email link leads you to the bin number to get your item(s). Took less than 60 seconds. Staff was welcoming and helpful when I used the self-checkout. Surprised they had them. A human cashier was still present and also one doing regular checkout. Store was clean, items in the right sizing section and labeled price wise.
